(Minghui.org) With the 2019 Chinese New Year just around the corner, the Minghui website is receiving thousands of greetings from Falun Dafa practitioners in China, wishing the founder of the practice, Master Li Hongzhi, a Happy New Year.
Many of the greetings have come from practitioners incarcerated for their faith. Despite the 20-year-long persecution still continuing, they hold firm to their faith and persevere day after day in the darkness.
“We Dafa practitioners in prison especially miss Master and our families on Chinese New Year. The hardship in prison made us see clearly the Chinese Communist Party's deceptive and violent nature, and strengthened our faith in Master and Dafa. We are determined to correct ourselves according to Dafa, stop the CCP's wicked doings with righteous thoughts and actions, offer salvation to more sentient beings and return to our true origin following Master's guidance!” wrote a Falun Dafa practitioner from a prison in Hunan Province.
