1. [Dayi County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zuo Guocheng Detained
2. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhao Hai's Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

1. [Dayi County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zuo Guocheng Detained

Mr. Zuo Guocheng was arrested by officers from the Jinyuan Town Police Station in September 2018, and taken to the Dayi County Detention Center. They planned to prosecute Mr. Zuo, but the Procuratorate returned the case back to the police citing insufficient evidence. However, the police still refuse to release Mr. Zuo.

2. [Xinyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhao Hai's Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Mr. Zhao Hai was arrested on October 19, 2018, and taken to the Huangchuan Detention Center. His case has been turned over to the Huangchuan Procuratorate.
