Mr. Li Shaozhi, from Jiamusi City in Heilongjiang Province, was taken to the Changchun City No. 3 Detention Center. When his family went to visit him on January 29, 2019, they were informed that he is in the intensive care unit of Changchun Central Hospital.

Mr. Zhang Zhigang, 48, was arrested by officers from the Sanwayao Police Station, High-tech Zone, Chengdu City, on October 23, 2018. He is being held in the Chengdu Detention Center in Pi County, and is not allowed family visits.

Mr. Zhang's case was turned over to the High-tech Zone Procuratorate on January 2, 2019.
