(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 14 cities or counties in 9 provinces, where at least 25 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Li Detained

Ms. Zhang Li was arrested by officers from Shulan City Domestic Security Division on the morning of August 12, 2019. She was taken into custody, photographed, had her fingerprints taken, and was tied to an iron chair.

Ms. Zhang was held in Shulan Detention Center for 15 days.

2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Du Xiuyun, Ms. Du Xiulan, and Mr. Li Jinhui were arrested on the morning of November 26, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

3. [Tongling City, Anhui Province] Mr. Han Zhong Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Han Zhong was tried several times by the Qingyang County Procuratorate in Qingyang Court. He was sentenced to a six-and-a-half-year prison term in November 2019.

4. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Ms. Huang Chuanju Detained

Ms. Huang Chuanju from Shuiwangzhuang Village, Yuandongtou Town, was arrested at home in mid-November 2019. She is being held in Chaishan Detention Center.

5. [Wudi County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Yuexia Detained

Ms. Wang Yuexia, 55, from Dazhuang Village, Xinyang Town, was arrested by officers from Xuyuanzi Township Police Station in Qingyun County on November 15, 2019. She is being held in Dezhou City Detention Center.

6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Chuanmei Detained

Ms. Xu Chuanmei was arrested on November 26, 2019, for distributing information about Falun Gong. She is being held in Pudong Detention Center.

7. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Bai Mei, Ms. Shi Yuhuan, and Ms. Zhang Fenghua were arrested by Chongli District Police Department officers on the morning of November 24, 2019, for talking people about Falun Gong at Yonghui Supermarket in Chongli. Their homes were ransacked.

They are being held in the Zhangjiakou City Detention Center.

8. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Xingbo Detained

Mr. Chen Xingbo from the Qiaodong District was arrested by Song Jiaxi, head of the Qiaoxi District Domestic Security Division, and other officers on the morning of November 24, 2019. His home was ransacked, and a computer, printer, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Mr. Chen is being held in Xingtai City No. 1 Detention Center.

9. [Huaibin County, Henan Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Sun Xinglu was arrested on November 23, 2019, and her home was ransacked. She was taken to a detention center.

Ms. Jian Baohai and Ms. Wang Yuying were also arrested.

Ms. Cui Mingying was arrested on November 26. The police confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Dafa books, and weekly publications.

Ms. Ren Xulan was arrested on the morning of November 27. Her Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

10. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Zhenli Detained

Ms. Liu Zhenli was arrested on October 15, 2019. She is being held in Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center.

11. [Pingliang City, Gansu Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Tan Xiuhua and Mr. Li Maowa from Wangcun Town, Jingchuan County, were arrested by officers from Jingchuan Police Department and Wangcun Police Station on November 18, 2019. Their homes were ransacked.

Mr. Si Yongqian from Jingning County was arrested by He Xuefeng, head of Jingning Domestic Security Division, and other officers on November 25. He was taken to Jingning Detention Center.

12. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Nan Jinxiang Detained

Ms. Nan Jinxiang was arrested by officers from Wulong Police Station and personnel from the residential community on the afternoon of November 25, 2019. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, a printer, and a computer.

Ms. Nan was taken to Xindi Detention Center.

Ms. Chen Xiuhua and Ms. Yan Chunhua from Qingling Township are scheduled to be tried in Daoli District Court on December 3, 2019.
