1. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Guiying Sentenced to a Five-Year Prison Term

Ms. Zhao Guiying was arrested by officers from Sifengshan Police Station on March 18, 2019, for hanging “Falun Dafa is Good” banners. She has been held in Jiamusi City Detention Center for eight months.

Ms. Zhao was tried by Xiangyang District Procuratorate in Xiangyang District Court on November 5, 2019, and sentenced to a five-year prison term on November 19.

2. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Chuanfeng Arrested

Ms. Wang Chuanfeng was arrested by officers from Tangkou Town Police Station on the morning of November 15, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was released on bail after failing the physical exam.

3. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Three practitioners were sentenced in Ranghulu District Court. They have all appealed to Daqing City Intermediate Court.

Mr. Guan Xingtao was sentenced to an eight-year prison term.Ms. Wu Yanhua was sentenced to a seven-and-a-half-year prison term.Mr. Du Yecheng was sentenced to a seven-year prison term.

4. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zheng Guixiang Detained

Ms. Zheng Guixiang was arrested by officers from Taiping Police Station, Zhen’an District, on November 20, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She is being held in the Dandong City No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Ma Xiujuan was chased across provincial boundaries by officers from Yuanping County, Shanxi Province, on November 21, 2019. She was arrested, and her home ransacked.

Ms. Ma is being held in Fuping County, Hebei Province.

6. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Lianzhu Detained

Ms. Zhang Lianzhu was arrested by officers from Donglai Police Station on the morning of November 4, 2019. She was taken to Zhangjiagou Detention Center for five days.

Mr. Qin Songfa was arrested by officers from Xiazhuang Town Police Station on the afternoon of November 25, 2019.

8. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] 71-Year-Old Ms. Geng Shufen Taken to Prison

Ms. Geng Shufen, 71, was sentenced to an 18-month prison term on November 20, 2019. She was taken to Shenyang Prison.

9. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuzhen Facing Trial

Ms. Zhang Xiuzhen from Qijiadianzi Village, Hutou Town, Yinan County, is being held in Linyi City Detention Center. She is due to be tried on November 26, 2019. An arrest warrant has been delivered to her home.

11. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Guo Baojun Detained

Mr. Guo Baojun, from Houzhai Township, was arrested by officers from Yuanzhuang Police Station, Baizhai Town, Xinmi City, on the evening of November 10, 2019, for distributing information about Falun Gong. He is being held in Zhengzhou City No. 3 Detention Center.
