(Minghui.org) My mother started to practice Falun Dafa before the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched the persecution. Her many past illnesses were cured through the practice.
I am a police officer in China. Although my wife and I are not practitioners, we firmly believe that Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. Our entire family has benefited tremendously from my mother's practice and our belief in Dafa.
I used to suffer congenital psoriasis and had been using imported medicine without success. My wife had stomachaches that frequently caused severe pain. Both our illnesses were cured.
Our two-year-old daughter twice ingested fish bones, which blocked her air passageway and caused her face to turn purple. My mother held our daughter in her arms and appealed in front of Master's photo. Both times the crisis was quickly resolved. Now our daughter is now in middle school. She consistently ranks first in her class and is among the top three in her grade.
I had a severe car accident seven years ago. I passed out and the vehicle door was jammed. I woke up later in the hospital to find that I did not have a single bruise on my body. Both the doctors and my friends were amazed. Time and time again the blessings enjoyed by my family testified to the magical nature of Dafa. My gratitude to Master is beyond words.
I am deeply troubled and saddened by the CCP's persecution of Dafa practitioners. I have therefore been utilizing my limited power to support and protect Dafa practitioners.
I have worked in the field of law enforcement for years and am very clear about the evil nature of the CCP. I have been talking about the persecution with my coworkers during breaks at work and while having meals together. Many of them have chosen to quit the CCP.
When I hear that a practitioner has been arrested, I take advantage of my position as a police officer to make inquiries regarding the practitioner's status and whereabouts, and relay the information to the practitioner's family.
I was on duty one night, and happened to have a practitioner in detention for distributing Dafa materials. I released the practitioner right away. Another time, I came across some practitioner's confiscated belongings, and returned them to the rightful owner.
In our daily lives making purchases, we always use the bills with truth clarifying words written on them. My wife often withdraws fresh bills at the bank to give to my mother so she can print words on them. We have used such bills totalling about half a million yuan in the past years to help the truth reach more people and give them a chance to choose their future.
What I have done is very limited compared to Dafa practitioners' truth clarification, yet Master has endowed so much on our family. I have merely done what I am supposed to do.
I am writing about my experiences to express my ultimate gratitude and respect to Master.
