Additional Persecution News from China – May 30, 2018 (Part I, 10 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 8 cities or counties in 4 provinces. According to this report, 1 Falun Gong practitioner was subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 11 were illegally arrested.

1. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Zhaofu Arrested

Mr. Li Zhaofu was arrested by officers from the Gaomi City Domestic Security Division and the Nanguan Police Station on May 26, 2018.

2. [Yanzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Bai Shulan's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Bai Shulan, 72, was arrested when sightseeing in Henan Province on March 8, 2018. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Guiqing Detained

Ms. Li Guiqing was arrested at home by officers from the Laozhaozhuang Town Police Station at noon on May 24, 2018. She has been detained.

4. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Haoguang and Ms. Liu Yaqi Arrested

Mr. Wang Haoguang from Dianzi Town was arrested on the afternoon of May 25, 2018.

Ms. Liu Yaqi, from Xicaojia Village, Dianzi Town, was arrested and her home ransacked on the afternoon of May 27, 2018 by officers from the Pingdu City Police Department's 610 Office.

5. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zou Jibin Detained

Ms. Zou Jibin was arrested by officers from the Dafangshen Police Station at noon on May 26, 2018. She was taken to a detention center.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jin Ling Arrested

Ms. Jin Ling was arrested by officers from the Minglian Police Station on the afternoon of May 25, 2018. The following day she experienced physical discomfort and returned home on the afternoon of May 27.

7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Huang Shuqin and Ms. Li Yajie Arrested

Ms. Huang Shuqin was arrested at home by officers from the Lingdong Police Station on May 23, 2018.

Ms. Liu Yajie from Huanggu District was arrested at home by the Huanggu District police on the afternoon of May 24, 2018.

8. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Yuhua's Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Zhang Yuhua, in her 60s, from Fangshan District, was arrested and taken to a detention center by plainclothes officers on the morning of May 22, 2018. Her whereabouts are unknown.

9. [Beijing] Mr. Feng Xinrong Detained

Mr. Feng Xinrong from Miyun District was reported for distributing Falun Gong materials. He was arrested and his home was ransacked by the Beijing police and the Xinglong County police on the evening of April 20, 2018. He was held in the Changping District Detention Center for seven days. He was then transferred to a facility in the Daxing area, Dongcheng District, and held for eight more days. He was released on May 5, 2018.

10. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Zhijie Arrested

Ms. Li Zhijie was arrested by officers from the Niushikou Police Station, Jinjiang District, on May 10, 2018. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated her printer, computer, and Falun Gong books.
