(Minghui.org) As the 2019 New Year approaches, supporters of Falun Dafa from around China are sending their heartfelt greetings to wish revered Master Li Hongzhi a Happy New Year. Many of these supporters have received blessings for understanding the facts about Falun Dafa and reciting, “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
In this collection, we present greetings from four supporters who express their deep gratitude for Master Li's blessings and for protecting them from dangerous accidents.
How My Broken Leg Quickly Recovered
A resident of Yantai City, Shandong Province, thanked Falun Dafa for helping him recover quickly after a car accident.
“I broke my leg during a car accident. While I was hospitalized, a Falun Dafa practitioner friend gave me some booklets that had stories of how people received blessings from believing in Dafa. I knew these were true stories, and I also began to recite, 'Falun Dafa is good' and 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.' I prayed for a quick recovery.
“I left the hospital nine days later, full of faith in Falun Dafa and Master Li.
“I continued to recite the phrases, and my leg recovered not long after! I resumed my small business, and everything went back to normal.
“Even though I am busy running around every day, I didn't forget the blessings I received from Dafa. With the 2019 New Year just around the corner, I'd like to wish Master Li a Happy New Year. I will also share the beauty of Falun Dafa with my friends and family.”
Surviving a Gas Explosion
A new Falun Dafa practitioner from Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province described how he recovered from the mental shock of a gas explosion.
“A gas tank in a restaurant near my apartment suddenly exploded last June. Although I wasn't hurt physically, the aftershock from the explosion left me tremendous weakened. I lost my appetite, didn't have strength, and always wanted to cry. I consulted a doctor, but it wasn't very helpful. I took a long vacation from work and stayed at home to recover.
“When my mom came to visit me, she played Master Li's lectures to me. A few days after listening to the lectures, I found my energy level begin to pick up, and food became appealing to me again. I stopped involuntary crying and soon went back to work. I knew it was Master who saved me. I am deeply grateful for Master's boundless compassion.”
Master Saved My Husband Twice
A Falun Dafa practitioner from Anshan City, Liaoning Province, thanked Master Li for saving her husband twice.
“My husband, who is almost 70 years old, was hit by a car while riding a bike on a rainy day in 2017. He fell down but didn't have any major injuries, just some wounds on his head. He knew it was Master who protected him.
“This October, while he was sitting on the sofa and watching TV, he suddenly fell on the ground. One of his hands was paralyzed, just like the symptoms of a stroke. I saw him mumbling something, but I couldn't understand him.
“I rushed over and asked Master to save him. With the strength given by Master, I helped him sit back onto the sofa. He regained mobility soon.
“He told me afterward that he recited 'Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is good' when he fell. He is very grateful to Master for saving him again.
“As the 2019 New Year approaches, both of us want to wish Master Li a Happy New Year!” the couple wrote in their greeting.
86-Year-Old Man's Life Turned Around
“I'm a countryman from Zhoukou City, Henan Province. I'm 86 this year. Earlier this spring, I had a fever for several months and intense pain in my chest. When my children took me to the hospital, the doctor found I had late-stage lung cancer and said I had at most three months left. I felt my life was coming to an end, and I was very scared.
“With life dragging on in fear and pain, my niece and her husband visited me at the hospital. Both of them are Falun Dafa practitioners. They always came to visit us during the holidays.
“My niece's husband suggested that I recite, 'Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good' and said that Master would help me. I was excited and asked him to write down the words for me.
“I began to read the words after they left. Gradually, my fever went away, the pain was alleviated, and my appetite returned. I left the hospital one week later. After 20 days, I got out of bed and took a walk outside. Soon, I had recovered and was full of strength again. All of my family and neighbors were amazed at Falun Dafa's miraculous healing power!”
