Setting a Precedence for Future Cultivators
(Minghui.org) Time passes by quickly and the Fa-rectification is nearing its end. Therefore, Falun Dafa practitioners must follow Master's requirements even more closely, as they set a precedent for future cultivators.
“Society’s form may change, yet the requirements for cultivation will never change, because they are the standard of the universe, the standard of Dafa.” (“A Reminder”)
Some practitioners are diligent and follow closely Master's requirements, while others have slacked off. Master said, “Cultivate with the heart you once had, and consummation is certain.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2013 Greater New York Fa Conference”)
Although cultivation appears to be easy, it actually is not easy.
My wish is that all practitioners keep cultivating with the heart every practitioner once had.
Correct Thoughts Resolve Tribulation
The global process of suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the communist regime, began in May 2015. At first, I thought that only practitioners who had been unlawfully imprisoned, tortured, or whose family members were persecuted to death should sue Jiang Zemin. Gradually, I realized that every practitioner should be involved.
Before I mailed my complaint, my thoughts wavered back and forth. Then, I decided to process my lawsuit and mailed it, but was not notified of its receipt.
In October, leaders from my workplace, the community, the police station, and the company’s 610 Office personnel contacted me, and I found out that my criminal complaint had been returned to the local authorities.
I asked Master for help before I told them that I had the right to sue Jiang, and it had nothing to do with the work unit.
“Who kept my complaint,” I asked, “and who spread the content of my submission without my permission?” I also reserved the right to hold the person who violated my rights in contempt.
My heart was beating very fast, but I was not afraid during that conversation. Nevertheless, I realized that behind my words there was a fighting heart and not enough compassion.
Then, my supervisor informed me that I might be transferred to another position. My heart felt a little heavy, and many fears raced through my mind. So, I began to look inward and found some hidden attachments that needed to be eliminated.
After I held firm righteous thoughts, my mind received a message: “They dare not do anything because they are afraid you will sue them.” Master had given me a hint for making the correct decision.
A practitioner I know does a good job clarifying the truth, and advises people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. However, she has many bad habits, such as being impatient, criticizing others and saving face. Most practitioners are afraid of her, but I have kept my peace with her.
One day, when she got angry with me over something trivial, she accused me of many things, including something I said 16 years ago. Although some things she said were completely exaggerated, I listened quietly.
My heart was heavy, and I decided to talk to fellow practitioners about the incident. I was told that we know what this lady was like, so there was no need to argue about her. Some of the practitioners also reminded me to look inside.
After calming down, I remembered that I had asked Master daily to point out my attachments. I knew that she had not mentioned any problem between us to others, but rather it was I who spread information about this incident. I felt really ashamed!
Again, I looked within and found many attachments, including a lack of kindness, and self-righteousness. I thanked this woman from my heart, because she gave me the incentive to look inward.
