Ms. Yu from Taoyuan shared that she keeps calm when difficult people who are not aware of the persecution verbally abuse her. She continues to explain how good Falun Gong is and details the CCP's brutal persecution until they understand. She has been talking to people about the persecution over the Internet for over 10 years.

She said, “I have never been as diligent as I am now in treasuring this time to talk to people about the persecution and those who wish to learn about Falun Gong. The changes in recent years are huge. Many people want to know the facts. Some even want to learn Falun Gong.”

She once got a request to help rescue Falun Gong practitioners who were being arrested in Shandong Province. She talked to a police officer in the province via the Internet.

The officer indicated that he had read the book Zhuan Falun, which was seized from a practitioner. He thought the book was good and wanted to help with the rescue effort. Ms. Yu received feedback that the practitioners were released a week later.

Those Aware of the Persecution Spread the Information

Ms. Wang did not know how to use a computer before she started practicing Falun Gong in 2002. She joined the effort to raise awareness via the Internet and can now use the computer efficiently.

She said, “I started talking to the Chinese people about the persecution after the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published. I advise them to quit their membership in the Party and its affiliated organizations. Many people agree to withdraw.”

Ms. Wang once helped an Internet user to renounce the Party. After finding out he owned an Internet cafe, she asked him to ask people in the cafe to quit the CCP. The owner agreed and asked his customers. Forty people quit the Party and its affiliated organizations as a result. His wife also quit and wanted to practice Falun Gong.

An Internet user working in a computer repair shop saved the Dynaweb (anti-censorship software) address to access the information censored on his smartphone after renouncing the Communist Youth League with Ms. Yu's help. He sent it to 60 classmates and friends. He also added the Dynaweb address to computers he repaired and asked his customers to browse the website after going home.

An Internet user who was a senior official in the Public Security System before retirement regretted his previous acts in carrying out the persecution after becoming aware of the wrongdoing. He decided to use his real name to renounce the CCP. He stated to Ms. Yu, “I want to quit the Party with my true name to compensate for my previous wrongdoings. It doesn’t matter even if I lose my pension for doing this.”

The conference concluded at 5:00 pm.
