Ms. Liu Shumei, 50, was arrested and taken to the Zhongshan Park Police Station for setting up display panels about suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese communist regime, in the Zhongshan Park on January 1, 2016. Police confiscated photos of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, and an MP3 player. Ms. Liu's whereabouts are unknown.

Dali University student Ms. Li Huimin was reported to the head teacher on January 12, 2016, for distributing the {{Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and Falun Gong informational materials. She was arrested and her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Gao Rong was arrested on October 30, 2015 by officers from the Pu Town Police Station in Hantai District for telling people in Pu Town about Falun Gong.

4. [Heze City, Shandong Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zheng Yueqin, Ms. Zhong Fangying, Ms. Zhang Fengqin, Mr. Li Fangcong, Mr. Zhang Jianjie and three other practitioners from Chengwu County were arrested by officers from the county's Domestic Security Division and the local police station on January 13, 2016.

Mr. Yao Guofu, Ms. Liang Xin and Ms. Chen Yujing were arrested by officers from the No. 4 Team of the Meixi Police Station on December 5, 2015. The three practitioners are detained in the Nanyang City No. 1 Detention Center.

Mr. Cai Chunhua, from Lizhuangzi Village, Dangyu Town, Zunhua City, was arrested by Li Shuangyou, the party secretary of the village, and officers from the Zunhua City Domestic Security Division on the morning of January 14, 2016. Mr. Cai is held in the Zunhua Detention Center.

Mr. Li Xiaojun was arrested at his home on December 23, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. Police ransacked his home.

Mr. Yu Zhiwu was recently arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials.

10. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Aimin and Ms. Liu Xiaoli’s Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Zhang Aimin and Ms. Liu Xiaoli were arrested by officers from the Yan'an Road Police Station on January 18, 2016. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Liu's whereabouts are unknown.

11. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zheng Aijun Arrested

Ms. Zheng Aijun from Quanyang Town, Fusong County, was arrested at her home by officers from the Quanyang Town Police Station on the morning of January 15, 2016. She has returned home.

12. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Niu Yuge’s Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Niu Yuge from Xingyang City was arrested by officers from the Xingyang City Domestic Security Division while on his way to work on the morning of January 19, 2016. Officers then ransacked his home. Mr. Niu's whereabouts are unknown.
