Additional Persecution News from China – September 6, 2015 (22 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 20 cities or counties in 9 provinces. According to this report, 26 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 17 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

Mr. Miao Wei, 44, was arrested on August 28, 2015. His whereabouts are still unknown.

2. [Tianjin] Mr. Sun Jianyue Arrested

Mr. Sun Jianyue was transferred from the Ninghe County Detention Center to Binhai Prison on August 15, 2015.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Wei Rudi Detained

Ms. Wei Rudi was arrested by officers from the Bamencheng Town Police Station on August 26, 2015, for mailing a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, the former dictator of the Chinese communist regime. She is detained at the Baodi District Detention Center.

4. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhou Zhiqun Arrested

Mr. Zhou Zhiqun and other practitioners were arrested by personnel from the local 610 Office, police station, and community office on September 1, 2015, for suing former dictator Jiang Zemin. He was released that day.

Ms. Wu Dongmei was arrested by officers from the Gucheng Police Station on September 5, 2015.

6. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhang Zhishan Detained

Mr. Zhang Zhishan, 41, was arrested by Xiyingmen Police Station officers on August 20, 2015. He is detained at Yangliuqing Police Station.

7. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ten Practitioners Holding Hunger Strikes

Ten practitioners are detained at the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center in Heilongjiang Province, including Ms. Zuo Xianfeng, Ms. Sun Fengxian, Ms. Guan Ruifen, Ms. Li Yanping, Ms. Yin Guiling, Ms. Sun Xiaohui, Ms. Liu Xu, Ms. Chu Chunhua, Ms. Liu Guiying, and Ms. Zhang Zhilian. They are holding hunger strikes to protest the persecution.

Among them, Ms. Zhang Zhilian was recently arrested by officers from Laizhou City 610 Office and Police Department on August 30, 2015.

Mr. Li Yuxin was sentenced to a five-year prison term by the Changan District Court in Shijiazhuang City. He appealed to the Shijiazhuang City Intermediate Court, but the court refused to accept it.

9. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Five Practitioners Persecuted

Ms. Huang Xiaoli, Ms. Zhu Qunhua, Mr. Wan Wu, Ms. Huang Man'e, and Mr. Zhou Guoquan were arrested on July 7, 2014. Mr. Wan was taken to Longquanyi Prison in March 2015. Ms. Huang Man'e was released on bail 32 days later.

Ms. Huang Xiaoli and Ms. Zhu were taken to Hongan Town Prison in the Longquanyi District on August 10, 2015. Ms. Huang held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She was taken to a hospital for force-feeding on August 23, 2015.

Mr. Jiang Quande from Nongan County was arrested by officers from the Nanguangchang Police Station on September 3, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Changchun City. He is detained at Weizigou Detention Center.

11. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Bin Detained

Ms. Wang Bin was arrested on August 30, 2015, for distributing informational DVDs about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was detained at the Benxi City Detention Center for ten days.

12. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Diansheng Detained

Mr. Zhang Diansheng was arrested by plainclothes officers on September 5, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was taken to Liaocheng Detention Center.

13. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Han Yonghua, Ms. Wang Yuxiang, Ms. Tian Huiqing, and Ms. Xu Zhaozhen were arrested on September 1, 2015. The police ransacked their homes. They were taken to Banyanglu Police Station.

The next day, Ms. Han, Ms. Tian, and Ms. Wang were taken to the Zibo City Detention Center. Ms. Xu was released after her family had 2,000 yuan extorted from them.

Mr. Liang Zhian was arrested by plainclothes officers on August 28, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked his home. His whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Wang Kunrong was arrested by officers from Huajiao Police Station and Jinsha Police Station on August 30, 2015, for hanging up informational banners about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked his home. He is detained at the Huadian City Detention Center.

Ms. Lu Fenglan was sentenced to a two-year prison term by the Zhuozhou City Court in late August 2015. She is detained at Qingyuan Detention Center in Baoding City.

Mr. Huang Jianbo was arrested on September 2, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong on the Internet at home.

Ms. Su Guiying and Ms. Ruan Aiqiao were also arrested that same day.

Mr. Qu Denggao was arrested on September 1, 2015.

Ms. Su Guiyun was arrested by officers from Bajiazi Police Station on September 4, 2015. She is being detained in Harbin City.
