Returning an Overpayment of a One-Year Profit

Mr. Yang Li is a practitioner who lives in Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province. He makes a living by farming a rice paddy.

He sold the rice harvest to Longxing Rice Industry Company in Heilongjiang Province at the end of 2014. The rice company overpaid him by 100,000 yuan. He returned the money to the rice company as soon as he found out.

One hundred thousand yuan is equivalent to one year's profit for Yang Li. This deed will be a good example when talking to people about the goodness of Dafa.

Helping a Stranger in Need

I live next to an intersection and I can hear people's conversation when I am in my yard. I overheard that someone from out of town asked people if he could borrow a bicycle. His pedicab broke down, and he needed a bike to find a repairman to fix it.

Not one person wanted to lend him a bike, so he came into my yard and asked if he could borrow my bike. I lent it to him and he returned it later and left.

While I was reading Falun Dafa books several days later, the man stopped by and handed me a big bag of apples. He thanked me for my kindness.

I told him I could not accept the apples and told him that Falun Dafa teaches us to be a good person. I also shared information about this cultivation practice and the persecution by the Communist regime. He agreed to renounce the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliates.

I gave him a Falun Dafa amulet and suggested that he recite “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”

If we are kind to people, they are willing to listen to us talk about Falun Dafa. Therefore, it is important that our demeanor and actions are based on the Dafa principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.
