(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners Fu Wuguo from Tongcheng County and Mr. Li Pingfu from Chongyang County went to Tongcheng County post office on August 17, 2015 to inquire whether their criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese Communist regime, had been delivered.

Their lawsuits were mailed a month ago.

When the practitioners did not return home by noon, Xiongwen, the son of Mr. Pingfu, called Fu Wuguo, and was told that both were being held at the Domestic Security Division of the Tongcheng County Police Department.

Xiongwen, his brother, and two others went to the police department and found out that policeman Zhang Siping had brought their father to the police department from the Junshui police station. The police told them that the two practitioners were being interrogated and they had to wait.

As Xiongwen was the only person who had his identification card on him, he was allowed to enter the police department.

Officer Chenggang came out of the interrogation room, pointed his finger at Xiongwen and yelled that he had to wait in the lobby.

Mr. Pingfu's wife and daughter, as well as Fu's mother, came to the police department. They were told to wait outside.

Wu Luhai, deputy political commissar of the police department came to see them and said, “You Falun Gong people are all criminals. Whoever comes will be put to death.”

The police department's lobby was locked during the entire afternoon to keep practitioners' relatives outside. At around 7 p.m., eight policemen opened the door and left the building with the two practitioners. Xiongwen turned on the camera of his cell phone to videotape the scene. Wu Luhai tried to grab the phone but failed. He ordered several police to confiscate the phone, but they were unable to do so.

Mr. Pingfu's wife questioned Wu Luhai loudly. “You said you will put all Falun Gong practitioners to death,” she said. “Do you dare to say these words in public? How can a government official say such wicked words?”

Wu Luhai remained silent.

Mr. Pingfu's family noticed that he was in a poor mental state. He appeared weak and did not answer when his family talked to him. Officer Zhang Siping said that a 15-day detention would be enforced.

Eight policemen then escorted Mr. Pingfu and Fu Wuguo to the county detention center.
