(Minghui.org) Many practitioners may not yet be aware that a hardcover edition of the book Zhuan Falun arrived in New York in mid-May, before the New York Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. The hardcover book reflects an updated version of the English translation published in the year 2000. Those who pre-ordered the book last fall, and those who attend Nine-Day Lecture Series at the Tianti Bookstore in Manhattan, enjoy a 20% discount.
A new version of On Dafa (Lunyu) was published in Chinese on May 24, and translations into many other languages soon followed. The nature of translation being what it is, updates to translated versions are inevitable. The English version has been updated twice already, and is currently being updated again.
In the meantime, the Tianti Bookstore helps new students by downloading the current translation each day and manually replacing the Lunyu pages for customers. With the translation undergoing further revision, and the time-consuming and detail-oriented nature of replacing the pages with the latest translation, Tianti Books is only able to meet the needs of new students and new customers with replacement books at this time.
