(Minghui.org) I worked for years in Africa and visited my family in China on and off. During a visit in 2009, my wife collapsed from a sudden cerebral artery aneurysm rupture and was taken for emergency care at a nearby hospital.
Trust in Master and Dafa
My wife was not a Falun Gong practitioner. I took her hand and whispered into her ear, “Do not be afraid, Master will save you. Recite these phrases in your heart, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ and ask Master for help.”
I whispered these two phrases over and over again and after 20 minutes I noticed slight hand movements. Filled with hope, I continued to whisper the phrases and told her that she would be fine. After 40 minutes, her eyelids fluttered and tears covered her face. I was overjoyed. Master had saved my wife!
Further Complications
As an angiography scan was too costly, she only had a CT scan upon admittance. A follow-up angiography examination detected tiny ruptures in my wife’s cerebellum arteries. Therefore, we asked an expert from the Gulou Hospital in Nanjing City to see her. He drove over 100 kilometers to treat my wife. This medical consultant discovered new lesions and another minor vessel rupture in my wife’s brain. We were told that he could not operate because he did not have the necessary equipment.
Therefore, we moved her to a hospital where we were told about the risks inherent in the operation. The surgeon had little experience for the type of operation needed and admitted that the operation was not only risky, but also carried a significant risk of post-surgical complications.
Quick Recovery with Faith in Falun Dafa
Before the doctors anesthetized her, I asked her to trust in Master and recite the phrases I told her. She understood and nodded.
The operation took three hours and I told her to recite Falun Dafa is good, as soon as she was conscious. Within a day, she could walk with help, albeit unsteadily. As her doctors had predicted, she displayed some symptoms, including inarticulate speech. She continued to recite Falun Dafa is good and these symptoms disappeared within three days. She was extremely touched and expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards Dafa and Master!
Smooth Surgical Resolution of More Aneurysms
However, this was not the end of her ordeal. Doctors uncovered eight more aneurysms. An emergency operation was needed because two of the aneurysms had ruptured.
Prior to surgery, the surgeon again warned us of the risks. Due to the unique condition of each aneurysm, prediction success of each sealing procedure was difficult.
Before each surgery, my wife recited Falun Dafa is good. Her operations went smoothly and she successfully recovered enough to be discharged after a month.
Medical Miracle
The hospital asked that we return for a follow-up examination. We informed the hospital that such a visit was not necessary since she had completely recovered. The doctor was stunned, and asked if we had sought additional therapy at another hospital. I told him that she only took the medication he had prescribed.
“Your wife went through four major consecutive surgeries,” said the doctor, “with three of them actively bleeding in her brain. I have handled thousands of clinical cases, yet she is the sole patient to recover so soon with no after-effects!”
Of course, we knew that her quick recovery was because she truly believed in Dafa and Master. Our entire family is grateful to merciful Master for saving my wife!
At the end of my leave, I returned to Africa. Today, my 53-year-old wife remains healthy and fit, and still keeps the Dafa amulet I had given her around her neck!
