(Minghui.org) Many Falun Gong practitioners are now exercising their legal right to sue Jiang Zemin for launching the persecution of Falun Gong and causing them great harm and tremendous suffering over the past 16 years. The momentum of this new wave of lawsuits against the former Chinese dictator is on the rise.
Falun Gong practitioners outside of China are adding to the momentum. Korean civil servant Mr. Gao Yinxiao file a complaint. He described in his complaint how the Jiang regime spread lies to defame Falun Gong in Korea and caused problems for Korean practitioners. He was personally slandered by people who were deceived by CCP's lies.
Mr. Gao also described in the complaint how he and his family benefited from Falun Gong both physically and spiritually.
The lawsuit was mailed on July 7, 2015 to the Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate, which are required to process all criminal complaints filed by citizens, as of a recent ruling by the Supreme People's Court.
“In the past 16 years, Falun Gong practitioners have suffered a cruel persecution by the Jiang regime,” Mr. Gao said. “No normal nation would allow these policies and laws. Jiang Zemin must be brought to justice.”

Spiritual and Physical Benefits from Falun Gong
I am a Korean Falun Gong practitioner. I am now working as a civil servant in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
Before I started practicing Falun Gong, I tried many types of Qigong, which caused great harm to my spirit and body.
A Chinese lady gave me Falun Gong's main text, Zhuan Falun, when I was in New Zealand. After reading it and practicing the Falun Gong exercises, I felt light all over. Since then, I have not spent a penny on medical care.
What's more, Falun Gong changed my bad character. I no longer yearned for higher positions at work, but make great effort to work for people. I follow the principles of “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance” and have let go of attachments to personal gain and competitiveness. My former competitor at work has now become my best friend.
My Family Is Blessed After I Practice Falun Gong
My wife is also a Korean civil servant. Her second pregnancy was diagnosed as ectopic and she needed surgery. Doctors told me that my wife would not be able to have more children after that.
When I began to practice Falun Gong, my wife learned it from me. A few months later she discovered that she was pregnant. We had a second child. This cannot be explained by modern medicine.
Many miracles happened in our family. My first child was knocked over by a car while riding his bike, but stayed safe. My second child rolled down a flight of stairs but, again, he was not injured.
CCP Extends Persecution into Korea
As one of the practitioners who has benefited from Falun Gong, I know deeply how great Falun Gong is. I would spend part of my salary on printed materials about Falun Gong and distribute them to Chinese tourists at the airport, piers, and resorts when I finished work every day.
The Jiang regime manipulated China's embassy in Korea to slander and defame Falun Gong practitioners who tell people about the persecution. They spread misunderstandings about practitioners and interfered with practitioners when they talked to people.
CCP Agents and Tourist Guides Interfere with Practitioners
China's Korean embassy ordered their agents and tourist guides to interfere with Falun Gong practitioners. They interfered with me while I told people the facts about the persecution. The guides and some Chinese people who were deceived would shove and curse at us.
Korean Media Pressured
The Jiang regime exerted pressure on the Korean media. Some Korean media outlets would not report news about Falun Gong or cultural activities held by Falun Gong practitioners. Our freedom to express ourselves in the press was severely restricted. For instance, when Shen Yun Performing Arts tours Korea each year, the embassy never fails to interfere with those shows.
Background
In 1999, Jiang Zemin, as head of the Chinese Communist Party, overrode other Politburo standing committee members and launched the violent suppression of Falun Gong.
The persecution has led to the deaths of many Falun Gong practitioners in the past 16 years. More have been tortured for their belief and even killed for their organs. Jiang Zemin is directly responsible for the inception and continuation of the brutal persecution.
Under his personal direction, the Chinese Communist Party established an extralegal security organ, the “610 Office,” on June 10, 1999. The organization overrides police forces and the judicial system in carrying out Jiang's directive regarding Falun Gong: to ruin their reputations, cut off their financial resources, and destroy them physically.
Chinese law allows for citizens to be plaintiffs in criminal cases, and many practitioners are now exercising that right to file criminal complaints against the former dictator.
