(Minghui.org) I had been very ill, but my health returned in a miraculous leap soon after I began studying Falun Gong in 2008.
I woke up one morning to find my arms numb and uncontrollable. I also could not walk regularly, so I called out to my wife, who at the time was already practicing Falun Gong.
“Don't treat it as illness,” she told me. “Don't think anything of it. You just need to get rid of an attachment somewhere. Leave your body to Master and just study the Fa.”
So I started to study the Falun Gong teachings. One week later, feeling returned to my arms, and I continued to study. However, I was still very weak and unsteady overall.
One morning, my wife was getting ready to attend a wedding. I was still in bed with my head propped up by two pillows. When she was about to leave, another practitioner, Ms. Lin (an alias), knocked at the door.
After Ms. Lin and my wife exchanged a few words, Ms. Lin asked me if I was going to the wedding. I replied, “Look at my physical condition. Do you think I can go?”
Ms. Lin said, “If you want to go, you will definitely be able to go.”
She asked me to repeat after her. “Say, 'I am a divine being.,'” she said. So I repeated, “I am a divine being!”
I then stood up and started getting ready. After showering and getting dressed, I was able to walk down four flights of stairs with my wife and our visitor. Ms. Lin then left, and we took a taxi to the wedding. When we returned three hours later, I did not feel tired.
It was a miracle! I had been bedridden for about three months, yet suddenly, I was healthy. If this had happened to someone else and not me, I would not have believed it.
Ms. Lin's visit was mystical. She had returned from a long trip just the day before, and she lived 20 miles from our home. She stopped by, said a few words, and then left. Surely Master had arranged her visit.
And now during the past seven years, I have not taken any medicine. I truly experience an illness-free life, and I am deeply happy since I am taken care of by Master.
I will cultivate diligently and make good on my vow to save sentient beings—as many as I can.
