Xinxing Improvement Is Important While Suing Jiang Zemin
(Minghui.org) I have seen the following issues as practitioners continue to sue Jiang Zemin. I know that this is related to the improvement of my cultivation, but I would also like to share with more practitioners.
1. Before we do anything, we should think about each step we'll need to take and what impact we would like to achieve along the way. We shouldn't treat suing Jiang Zemin as a to-do item to check off the list or a homework assignment.
2. We should handle the criminal complaints seriously. We shouldn't give people the impression that this is a new campaign or movement.
3. We should ensure that the complaints are completed under a high standard. Our complaints should not mislead people to think that we are a bunch of people whose quality of work is poor.
We should list our evidence and references clearly. For example, on April 1, 2015, the Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms of the Chinese Communist Party approved “Opinions on People’s Court's Implementation of Reforms of the Case Registration System.”
This new policy became effective on May 1, 2015. In its “registration system reform opinions,” the Supreme People's Court in China claims that it will guarantee the registration and processing of all complaints.
The courts are supposed to register all filings on-site. If on-site registrations don't fit the circumstances, then the filings should be registered within a timeframe determined by law.
If the filings don't meet the requirements, the courts should notify the plaintiffs in a timely manner. They should also state in formal writing the additional materials required and a deadline associated with submitting the additional information.
The “opinions” stress that courts should provide timely feedback to complaints. As for illegal activities, such as selectively skipping filing registrations, delaying registrations, or blocking filing registrations, the staff members and supervisors will be held accountable and may be prosecuted.
Our cases do not belong to the categories for which filing registrations are waived: “sabotaging national sovereignty and territorial integrity, endangering national security, undermining national unity, or undermining national religious policy.”
If there are any “internal” directives to single out Falun Dafa practitioners' criminal complaints and not register them, such orders are illegal. We will not acknowledge their legitimacy.
Master taught us in "Teaching the Fa at the Conference in the Midwest-U.S.":
“Just by staying unaffected you will be able to handle all situations.”
In my understanding, Master requires us to be unaffected by the evil. Yet some of us resisted the persecution using our human emotions. This resulted in loopholes of which the evil can take advantage.
Filing criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin is the same. We need to do this rationally and with compassion. We shouldn't do it with the pursuit of Consummation or individual compensation.
Why do some people think of us as a religious group with political pursuits? Why don't some people understand us and think that we are ignorant? I believe the reason is because we haven't fully shown the wisdom of Dafa or exhibited the demeanor of living according to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.
If we want to help people gain salvation, we need to help them form positive views of us. We cannot simply think that because we are Dafa disciples, we can just clarify the truth and push aside our duties and responsibilities. If people think that we are good people, they will believe what we say.
When we began cultivation, we did very well with pure hearts. As time went on, internal problems developed, and then the persecution started. More human attachments emerged. Even now, some practitioners still acknowledge the evil persecution.
In my view, April 25 and July 20 shouldn't have happened. Our loopholes led to the persecution. Since we didn't walk the path that Master arranged, we could only take the path arranged by the old forces.
Why do so many people not support Dafa after we explain the persecution to them? Could it be that many of us have not truly achieved compassion?
I believe that we have not done many things wholeheartedly. We simply went through the motions and left the rest to Master. It's true that Master has done everything for us, but our xinxing needs to meet the standards of Dafa.
If Jiang Zemin were right in front of us, what would we say? What state would our mind be in? Could we help people surrounding us understand that “Falun Dafa is great?” I think we should think about this now. Having a clear understanding will help us do a thorough job of bringing Jiang to justice.
The above is my personal understanding. Please kindly point out anything improper.
