(Minghui.org) The filing of criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin is gaining momentum in our city. A great number of practitioners are preparing and submitting charges against Jiang Zemin to the Chinese Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme People's Court.
A practitioner said that when he mailed his documents, post office workers asked him to read his lawsuit aloud. When he was done reading, people were impressed by his courage and clapped and cheered.
One worker suggested that he pay an additional 3 yuan for a confirmation receipt. Seven days later, the practitioner indeed received a confirmation from China’s Supreme Court and Supreme Procuratorate, bearing official seals.
Before he went to the post office, the practitioner felt fear in his heart. But, after seeing people’s reaction, he realized that this is what Master wants us to do.
After the Communist regime, with Jiang Zemin in the lead, began to persecute Falun Gong, people worldwide, but especially the Chinese people, have become victims.
It is time for practitioners to take the lead in filing lawsuits against Jiang and his faction. People will follow our example. This is heaven’s mandate.
Master has prepared the stage for practitioners to proceed. As long as we keep Dafa in mind, we can complete the task.
Background
Jiang Zemin single-handedly started the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999. Despite the disagreement of the other Politburo standing committee members, he took advantage of his then position as head of the Chinese Communist Party and imposed his personal will to launch the persecution.
The persecution has led to the deaths of many Falun Gong practitioners in the past 16 years. More have been tortured and even killed for their organs. Jiang Zemin and company are directly responsible for the inception and continuation of the persecution.
Under his personal direction, the Chinese Communist Party established a Party based security organ, the 610 Office, on June 10, 1999. It is an extralegal organization that overrides the law to execute Jiang's policy regarding Falun Gong: ruin their reputations, cut off their financial resources, and eliminate them physically.
Chinese law allows for citizens to be plaintiffs in criminal cases, and many practitioners are now exercising their legal right to file criminal complaints against Jiang.
In its “registration system reform opinions,” the Supreme People's Court in China claims that it is going to change the filing review system to filing registration system and guarantee registration and processing of all complaints. This new policy was to be in effect as of May 1, 2015.
