(Minghui.org) I saw many people practicing Falun Dafa in the parks in 1998. One day, out of curiosity, I walked over to a group exercising in a field. Master immediately purified my body. My stomach suddenly became upset. I thought it was caused by food poisoning and went home. At home I had diarrhea and threw up, but I did not feel sick. That night, I saw a large Falun (law wheel). The next day, I went to the exercise site to do the exercises, and my hands and feet were covered with a rotating Falun, and my celestial eye was also opened. I was astonished by Dafa's power.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started the persecution of Falun Dafa on July 20, 1999, not long after I began practicing it. I always remembered that I am a Dafa disciple. Even during the most difficult days, I never lost faith in Dafa.
Starting a Materials Production Site
When I returned home from a labor camp in 2009, I started a Dafa informational materials production site in my home. I bought a computer, learned how to make CD discs, and distributed the CDs I made. Master saw my wish to awaken people, and arranged for me to meet a practitioner who ran a materials production site. With the help of that practitioner, I ran the materials site and added other equipment as needed.
One day, my workplace management told me I had to attend a brainwashing class the next day. I didn't want to go so I had to leave home that night. At that time, a lot of help was needed to run materials production sites, and a practitioner asked me to help him. I worked with him for the next ten years. In running a materials production site, mistakes are unavoidable. Frictions occur and there are many opportunities to raise one's xinxing. I improved myself according to Dafa, and I became more and more mature through cultivation arranged by Master.
During that ten-year period, I was arrested several times. One time I was detained for two weeks, another time for 4 hours, and another for 15 days in a brainwashing class. I walked out with righteous thoughts. Our materials production site was not affected. No one was allowed to interfere and destroy the sites, including the one at my home.
In 2004 when the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published, we reproduced large quantities of it. At that time, I lived at the materials production site. The room was filled with Dafa books, Nine Commentaries books, CDs, and other truth clarifying materials. We tried to awaken sentient beings under the CCP's pressure.
Letting Go Of Life and Death; Passing the Checkpoint
After learning that practitioners in Shanghai needed copies of Master's newest lectures and the Nine Commentaries in 2006, I decided to deliver them and at the same time help set up a materials production site there. I prepared a set of equipment. There were four big heavy boxes of books and equipment. I bought a train ticket.
A fellow practitioner was worried and said that there were checkpoints at train stations and suggested I take the bus. I immediately denied the insecure thoughts. We all know that the evil persecutes practitioners, and checked any suspicious bags at trains, bus stations and docks. So I sent forth righteous thoughts and said: Deny the evil. There is Master. There is Dafa. It is safe to take public transportation. Ask Master to strengthen me and make those boxes invisible.
My sister wanted to go to Shanghai, and I needed help on the road because of the long distance. My sister didn't know what was in the boxes. We got on the train safely. On the train I kept sending righteous thoughts. When we arrived in Shanghai, the inspection staff near the exit suddenly came to me and pointed. They seemed to want to check something. At that moment, there was only one thought in my mind: I had nothing to fear. I asked Master to help me. The situation dramatically changed. They didn't open the boxes. Instead they said: “Your boxes are overweight, pay the fine.” I knew Master took care of this. Master said:
“When disciples have ample righteous thoughtsMaster has the power to turn back the tide”(“The Master-Disciple Bond” in Hong Yin Vol. II)
Keeping Righteous Thoughts
One local practitioner was arrested and taken to a brainwashing class. She knew all the practitioners at the materials production site. Out of fear, some practitioners stopped making materials. I thought it was not right, we could not stop making informational materials. Wasn't that going to be a loss for saving sentient beings? I shared my thoughts with the other practitioners: “I am closer to her than all of you. I am not afraid, so what are you afraid of? We sent forth righteous thoughts.” After listening to me, fellow practitioners felt relieved, and their fear disintegrated. The information materials production sites started running again.
Later, that practitioner returned from the brainwashing class and came to us. One practitioner asked her: “Why didn't you report this information materials site?” She said: “I couldn't remember your names.” Our righteous thoughts helped her.
One day, a practitioner and I went to a brainwashing class to post truth-clarifying materials. At the street corner, we saw a police car's searchlights pointing at us. I told the practitioner: “Do not worry. The police won't bother us.” We safely walked past their car.
I went to a labor camp once to pick up a practitioner. Suddenly, a police car pulled up. Five policemen came out and asked what I was doing. I said I came to pick someone up. The police said : You are a Falun Gong practitioner. They pushed me towards the police car. At the door, I raised one foot, suddenly turned 180 degrees and freed myself.
I repeated Master's words: “...do not cooperate with the evil’s demands, orders, or what it instigates.” (“Dafa Disciples’ Righteous Thoughts are Powerful” in Essentials for Further Advancement II) They were astonished and asked: “Who said that?” I said: “My Master.” They said: “We cannot let you go, but we'll wait for instructions from our supervisor.” Soon their supervisor called them and told them to let me go.
One day I was riding a bike when I was hit by a mid-size van at an intersection. My bike was thrown very far. I lay on the ground, and I could not speak or move. I silently recited: “Falun Dafa is good”, eliminate interference and persecution from the evil in other dimensions. Gradually I began saying the words out loud. When the van driver heard “Falun Dafa is good”, he became scared. I said: “Why are you scared? I would be dead if I hadn't said “Falun Dafa is good”. I am a Falun Dafa practitioner.
You hit me, but I will not give you trouble. I am fine. I want to tell you something important: Enjoy a peaceful and safe life by quitting the communist party and its affiliated organizations.” I explained the truth, and he withdrew from the CCP.
I also told him: “Tell others what happened today. You met a good person today, otherwise you would have to pay a lot of money.” After going home, I felt severe pain. I kept Master's teaching in mind:
“And this is even more so for the Dafa disciples in mainland China. For them, amidst the tremendously harsh persecution, every single thought and idea is critical.” (“What is a Dafa Disciple?”)
I negated the persecution. With my husband's help, three days later I could take care of myself, and ten days later I could go out by myself. Falun Dafa is truly amazing.
I have many more stories of cultivating with righteous thoughts and having faith in Master and Dafa. I will end with Master's teaching:
“Under the effect of righteous thoughts, everything around you, as well as you yourself, will undergo changes. Yet you have never thought to give it a try.” (“20th Anniversary Fa Teaching”)
When I did, my righteous thoughts emerged.
