(Minghui.org) The opportunity to sue Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator who ordered the violent suppression of Falun Gong, has finally come. I decided that I, too, would take legal action against him.

I've noticed some fellow practitioners are still hesitating, so I would like to share my experience of delivering my indictment.

My husband was arrested and put on trial in 2010. I wanted to defend him, but the court wouldn't let me. I made 200 copies of my plea and distributed it to the county police department, procuratorate, complaints bureau, and courthouse. I delivered my letter to every office in the courthouse, from the president's office on the third floor to the clerk's office on the first floor.

When I handed my letter to the security guard team leader in his office, he was shocked. He said, “Get her out of here. She still has copies in her bag.”

The young police officer who escorted me out told me, “We all know what you want to say. Hurry up and leave.” He saw me out at the courthouse gate.

The following day they refused to let me in, so I distributed my letter at the gate. A staff member in charge of the case filing tribunal saw me and took a copy. I said, “Please take more and give them out.” He said, “One is enough. We will pass it around and take turns reading it. You can give the rest to others.”

Two people were standing next to a car talking. I went over and handed them a copy. One of them expressed her surprise and said, “She even delivered it to the court president.” Hearing this, the another person took a copy.

I distributed my plea letter and talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Many people criticized the CCP. Some withdrew from it and its affiliated organization. No one stopped me.

I was arrested by railway police last year and detained for 37 days. After I returned home, I wrote a complaint to sue the railway police. I first consulted a local lawyer and asked him to write a complaint for me. The lawyer and his wife both learned the truth about Falun Gong and quit CCP and its affiliated organizations.

When I went to the courthouse, the clerk was surprised that a Falun Gong practitioner wanted to file a lawsuit to protest the persecution. When I clarified the truth to him, several people came over and listened. They all agreed with me. The clerk said, “I will take your complaint, but it is not up to me whether this case can be filed.” I replied, “That's fine, as long as you do what you can.”

When I went to the police department, the two receptionists were surprised to read my complaint. They did not expect a Falun Gong practitioner would dare to file a complaint about the persecution.

I showed them the article that was published in the Beijing Evening News that Falun Gong was not included in the 14 cults listed by the Ministry of Public Security. I clarified the truth to them.

They reported my case to their superiors, who did not take it on but did say, “We are not in charge of your case. You should to go railway procuratorate.”

When I arrived at the district complaints bureau at noon, only one person was in the office. I talked to him about the persecution of Falun Gong. He told me that everyone had gone home for lunch and that I should return in the afternoon.

The second floor is the complaints bureau of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee. I went to the railway procuratorate that afternoon. The guard informed the receptionists that a Falun Gong practitioner was there to file a complaint. Two men came down and took my complaint. I needed to catch the bus to get home, so I sent the rest of my complaints via registered mail.

After I finished writing up my complaint to sue Jiang Zemin, I went to a computer shop to ask them to type it. The clerk was shocked to learn the complaint was against Jiang Zemin and said she could not help me. When I asked her if she was afraid, she said she had to pick up her child. I talked to her about the persecution of Falun Gong, and she agreed to quit CCP and its affiliated organizations. She said she had once typed several paragraphs of Zhuan Falun.

The next day, I went to another computer shop. A young man agreed to type my complaint. I clarified the truth to the people in the shop. A pregnant woman said, “You should sue him. All Falun Gong practitioners should sue him.” They quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

A couple of veteran practitioners encouraged me to file the lawsuits. Whenever I encounter difficulties, they always tell me, “Everything will be fine.” Each time I planned to do it, I felt afraid, but when I really did it, I realized Master had arranged everything for me.

I have already received two confirmation receipts that my complaint was delivered. I know that the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have received my complaint.
