(Minghui.org) After the Minghui editorial article “Starting Point” was published, there have been several articles discussing this topic and how practitioners could learn from such lessons. I would like to share some of my observations and understandings.

The first observation is about practitioners giving lectures. The editorial article “Giving Speeches Amounts to Disrupting the Fa” already addressed this, and my region was actually at the top of the list. However, many local practitioners still have not taken it seriously.

In fact, the problem is not just limited to those who gave the lectures, but also involve other practitioners. For example, if none of us admires or invites those individuals to give lectures, the situations would not be this bad.

“This is especially so for those who are in charge of hosting and have invited people to do those things, for you might have inflicted some intangible harm to Dafa disciples, and you are no longer qualified to be in charge of Dafa disciples.” (Essentials for Further Advancement)

But many local practitioners did not learn from this lesson. Instead of examining themselves for any loopholes, they felt it applied mostly to those who gave the lectures.

Because we did not pass the first test, something else happened to disrupt the Fa. Memory cards started to show up in my area starting in the winter of 2012.

Priced at 70 to 80 yuan for the voice player and memory card, it soon gained popularity due to its convenience and affordability.

After obtaining one in the summer of 2013, however, I realized it was inappropriate. If someone published a book with Teacher's Fa that also had articles by practitioners or everyday people, we would know that was disrupting the Fa. How is doing the same thing in an electronic form any different?

This went on for two years. In “Fa Teaching Given at the 2014 San Francisco Fa Conference,” Teacher said,

“Interference to Dafa disciples’ cultivation appears in all shapes and sizes. When things were the most chaotic, when the persecution was the most severe, all kinds of things showed up. [Some things] look positive but are actually interfering.”

But even after Teacher gave this lecture, some practitioners still didn't get it and made excuses for themselves.

After the Minghui editorial Notice, many practitioners realized the seriousness of this issue. The notice said, “If such things that disrupt the Fa are not completely destroyed in a timely manner, people in later times will not be able to distinguish what belongs to Master Li Hongzhi's Fa. Those who take part in the sabotage are also unlikely to escape the grip of the old forces.”

We hope all practitioners will heed this warning and destroy anything inconsistent with the Fa.

If we look back, we might notice that such activities that disrupted the Fa lasted a long time or occurred at all because we did not pay close attention to this. Teacher already talked about this in Essentials for Further Advancement, including in “A Heavy Blow,” “Bear in Mind Forever,” “Cultivators' Avoidances,” “Stability of the Fa,” and “Awakening.”

In addition, Teacher commented on this in several articles on Minghui, such as “If the Attachment to Showing Off Isn’t Eliminated, the Danger is Great,” “What Is One Validating?” and “Spreading and Reading Fake Teachings Disrupts the Fa.”

These articles should remind us to be clear on this issue and not to do things that are inconsistent with the Fa.
