(Minghui.org) The police recently took away a practitioner (Practitioner C), along with several other practitioners that had been at her apartment at the time.

Right before it happened, Practitioner B, whom she had invited to her apartment, was shocked to see that C's apartment was filled with practitioners as he entered.

In China, many practitioners gathering together in one place is a security risk, due to the ongoing persecution. Practitioner B quickly left, and as a result, avoided the danger.

I learned later that six months prior to the mass arrest, a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) agent had pretended to be a practitioner and became very close to Practitioner C. C introduced the agent to every local Fa study group, and invited him to share experiences with other practitioners.

This agent was described as being very eloquent and persuasive. He was instrumental in getting so many practitioners to gather at C's apartment that day.

I was surprised that none of those who gathered around Practitioner C and the CCP agent raised any safety concerns. This incident reminded me of a recent Minghui editorial – “Starting Point.”

The evil person described in the editorial had a lot of “fans” supporting him and showering him with praise, which eventually pushed him onto a road of no return.

In the face of conflicts, some practitioners' first thought is to ask for opinions from other practitioners, instead of studying the Fa and finding out what Teacher says. They seek comfort from other practitioners, while these other practitioners are happy to say whatever irresponsible thoughts come to their minds.

Practitioners not looking to the Falun Dafa teachings to resolve their problems is perhaps the reason that CCP agents and those who undermine the Fa can still disrupt our cultivation environment. I am not trying to discourage experience-sharing among practitioners, but we must keep in mind that no one can tell us more about our problems than Master. The 44 Falun Dafa books are enough for us to:

“...distinguish the righteous from the evil, obtain true teachings, lighten their bodies, enhance their wisdom, enrich their hearts, and board the boat of the Fa, sailing smoothly. How wonderful! Strive forward with every effort until Consummation.” (“Enlightenment” from Essentials for Further Advancement)
