(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 6 provinces. According to this report, 5 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 1 practitioner was illegally arrested.

The Huangpi District Court is to put Ms. Li Fang on trial.
2. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Ying Detained
Ms. Liu Ying was arrested and taken to the Shahezi Brainwashing Center in Jilin City on July 21, 2014. She was taken to the Jilin Detention Center on August 6, 2014. After 15 days, she was transferred to another detention center and is about to be tried.
3. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wang Sanxiu Detained
Ms. Wang Sanxiu was arrested by two plainclothes police officers on the afternoon of February 16, 2015 while she was in the waiting room of the Nanjing Railway Station with her husband. She was taken to the Nanjing Railway Police Station.
Officers searched her bag and cell phone and found Falun Gong exercise music downloaded in her cell phone. They also found "Minghui Weekly", and 2015 calendars with information about Falun Gong. Ms. Wang was held for about two hours and missed the flight to Chengdu, a loss of more than 2,000 yuan.
Over the course of the persecution, Ms. Wang had been sentenced to forced labor three times and has often been followed and harassed by the authorities.
4. [Julu County, Hebei Province] Mr. Chen Shiduo Arrested
Mr. Chen Shiduo was recently arrested.
5. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Chen Zeqi Arrested
Mr. Chen Zeqi, a software engineer in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, was arrested at the Taiyuan Railway Station on the evening of February 14, 2015, when he took the train back to his hometown in Taiyuan City.
He was taken to the Xinghualing Police Station and the police confiscated all of his personal items including documents, cell phone, laptop, and return ticket to Shenzhen. He was released on the afternoon of February 15, 2015, but his confiscated items have not yet been returned.
6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wei Leaves Home to Avoid Further Persecution
Ms. Wei, in her 70s, is a retired military doctor. She was arrested by a plainclothes officer around December 2014, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to the Hongpailou Police Station and interrogated for several hours. After she was released, officers kept coming to her home to harass her. She had to leave home to avoid further persecution.
