(Minghui.org) It has been 18 years since I began to practice Falun Dafa. It was a time when I was in great despair and at the brink of death. I had been weak and sick since childhood, saw many doctors and tried a lot of different medications. Nothing helped and at the age of 22, my family prepared for my funeral.
After I practiced Falun Dafa for two months, I was free of illness! It gave me a second life. I survived! My family members, relatives, and friends were amazed when they witnessed my recovery because of Falun Dafa. No words can describe my gratitude towards Falun Dafa.
Since the beginning of my practice in Dafa I have experienced extraordinary incidences. Therefore, I would like to share some so people will learn why Dafa is so precious, and hear the opposite from the vicious propaganda published by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Blisters Disappeared
When I accidentally spilled scalding hot water on my legs, blisters developed immediately. I pointed at the blisters and ordered them to disappear. Sure enough, they disappeared. But my legs continued to feel pain. I sent forth righteous thoughts and then sat in meditation for half an hour. After that, the pain was gone. By the next morning my skin looked as if nothing ever happened.
Escaped Demon Attack
At some other time, when in bed I could not move and felt excruciating pain in my stomach and chest when I breathed. My body was extremely heavy and I felt I was suffocating, when I heard a voice coming out of nowhere: “Destroy the demon that is persecuting you and causing you to die.” I recited this sentence in my mind and then dozed off. After a while, I needed to go to the restroom. I felt very light. Everything had returned to normal.
Survived Motorcycle Accident
On my way to a practitioner's home in a remote area, a motorcycle hit me. It fell on me together with the driver, who was a tall and strong man. I was squashed by the motorcycle and the driver. The onlookers thought I had died.
I felt extreme pain in my left rib but I could get out from underneath. The onlookers were surprised and called it extraordinary. I wanted to go home, but on second thought, I realized that I still needed to talk to the practitioner I was going to visit.
On my return home, I burned incense and paid my respect to Master, the founder of Falun Gong. I thought, “Master will take care of me and I need to negate the old forces arrangement.” I did not tell the practitioner who lived with me because I believe in Master and the Fa and was not afraid.
Three ribs on my left side were fractured. I could not lie down and was in extreme pain. I sent forth righteous thoughts and asked Master to strengthen me and fell asleep after some time. I fully recovered after I did the five sets of exercises the next morning. I went out to clarify the truth about Dafa to people as usual.
Consider Others First
Six practitioners and I hired a tricycle to take us to the countryside to distribute Dafa informational materials on August 20, 2014. On our way back home at about 10 p.m., a car hit us. We lay on the road for half an hour and not a single car drove on the road that could have hit us. Master protected us.
The driver of the car called an ambulance, and we were taken to a hospital. Doctors said: “It is amazing. None of you were seriously hurt during this car accident.” We had only small injuries and a light fracture. I left the hospital without any treatment.
However a bone in my right hand was fractured, and my hand was swollen. My back was stiff and bruised and I could not lie down or sit up. There was a long black bruise on my right side underneath my ribs and my clothes were torn. Without Master's protection, I would have died or been critically injured.
I thought that I would not be able to help a practitioner with their corn harvest this year because my right hand was injured. A local practitioner was sentenced to prison, and both of his parents were in their 70s. Local practitioners helped harvest their corn each year.
I then realized that my thought of not being able to help this year was not right. His business is my business. His elderly parents would be anxious if the corn could not be harvested on time. Wouldn't they miss their son even more? I was selfish.
Master said:
“... your nature in the past was actually based on egotism and selfishness. From now on, whatever you do, you should consider others first, so as to attain the righteous Enlightenment of selflessness and altruism.” (“Non-Omission in Buddha-Nature”, Essentials for Further Advancement)
I must listen to Master and consider others first, so I decided to help. I worked very hard despite the pain. The pain disappeared several days later.
Changed Human Notions
We went out to distribute informational materials and put up stickers about Dafa information. It was dark when we returned. I fell into and was trapped in a ditch one meter deep and my foot was fractured. The bone was broken into pieces, which hurt my flesh. At first, I did not dare to walk the one-and-a-half miles to my home, but then I thought that I am Master's disciple and thus could walk. Besides I had to clarify the truth about Dafa the next day. I was not moved by any other thoughts. I walked back home.
I did not dare to touch the ground at first, but then stepped on the ground with force. I insisted on walking, and the more I walked, the quicker I was. Finally, I arrived home. The moment I pushed open my door, my feet were back to normal. I felt my body had become so light. It was just like what Master said:
“When disciples have ample righteous thoughtsMaster has the power to turn back the tide” (“The Master-Disciple Bond,” Hong Yin Vol. II)
Precious Sentient Beings: “Measure everything with kindness”I have experienced so many extraordinary incidents during my cultivation in Dafa.
I hope that sentient beings will measure everything with kindness, and not believe in the lies and propaganda by Jiang Zemin's regime. Please remember “Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” You will be blessed if you recite these sentences often and will avoid catastrophes. Please quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
Setting Up Material Production Site
There were only a few material production sites in my town, and we often had to order Dafa truth-clarification materials from other cities. Thus, I wanted to set up a production site. I discussed it with Mr. Wang, a fellow practitioner and he agreed to help. He would be responsible for printing materials, and I would purchase printers and consumables, and be responsible for the distribution of the materials.
We got three printers and worked together for six years. Mr. Wang found a job in another city and moved. Therefore, I had to move the equipment into my home. However I did not know how to use it. An elderly and a young practitioner taught me everything I needed to know. I spent 3,000 yuan to buy a laptop and a network card. Soon after, I learned how to burn a DVD. I bought another three machines and can run them without any problem.
Mr Wang was surprised when he returned after two months and saw that I could skillfully operate the equipment.
Cooperate as One-body
Master said:
“Dafa Disciples are one bodyFollowing Master in Fa-rectification,Working against sinister tides”(“Following Master,” Hong Yin III)
I went to labor camps and prisons with fellow practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts in close proximity to the prison to dissolve the evil and rescue the practitioners detained there. While doing so, I experienced many heart-stirring incidents.
One day I went to the prison to meet a practitioner who was going to be released. Around four hundred fellow practitioners were also there. Many armed policemen took photos of practitioners and threatened us. But practitioners formed one unshakable body and did not move. We held the thought: “We do not allow the evil to manipulate sentient beings to commit crimes against Dafa and Dafa disciples or to destroy sentient beings.” We successfully took the practitioner home and avoided her being transferred to another place for further persecution.
Last year we worked with a lawyer and demanded a dialogue with the staff members of the brainwashing center outside its gate. We were there for two hours. Nobody from the center dared to meet with us. They were scared.
I have participated in such one-body efforts many times. I also encouraged other practitioners to participate. At the start I relied on the practitioners from other areas and waited for their instructions as to where to go to send forth righteous thoughts and waited to be picked up. I shared thoughts with our local practitioners. Now, we do not wait for or rely on other practitioners. Local practitioners who have cars will pick up other practitioners to participate in such efforts.
