According to this report, 2 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 43 were illegally arrested. Ms. Zhou Yun, a doctor from the Shengzhong Community Transportation Hospital, was arrested by officers, led by Yu Xuesheng, from the Jidi Police Department Domestic Security Division on November 13, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. Ms. Zhou was released that afternoon due to high blood pressure.

Ms. Zhang Huiyun, Ms. Liu Qihui, and Ms. Xu Yi were arrested by officers from Hexing Police Station on November 12, 2015, when they were reading Falun Gong books. Ms. Liu was released that day. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Xu are detained at Hexing Detention Center.

Ms. Wu Sumei, her husband Feng Heping, and her daughter Ms. Feng Xiaoxiao were arrested at a railway station on November 8, 2015. Mr. Feng and Ms. Feng were transferred to Taizhou City Brainwashing Center on November 15.

Ms. Chen Jinmei was arrested by local officers on November 4, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown. Mr. Xie Shenqing was also arrested the same day. Mr. Chen Erqing was arrested a week later.

Ms. He Yonghua was arrested at home by officers from Wenjiang District on November 6, 2015. The police confiscated computers, six printers, and a hole punch. Her whereabouts are unknown.
11. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Wang Shuying Detained
Ms. Wang Shuying, 65, was arrested by the Daming Town Police Station director and officers from the Tiexi Police Station in Tianyi Town on November 3, 2015. She was detained at Ningcheng Detention Center for 15 days.

Ms. Zhong Weiling was arrested on November 15, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Song Yuzhen was arrested at home by officers from the Renminlu Police Station and 610 Office in Xiangyang City on November 9, 2015. She was detained at a detention center and released the following evening.

14. [Beijing] Two Practitioners Detained
Ms. Chen Jinyue was arrested at home by officers from the Yongning Police Station on November 14, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. She was detained at Haidian Detention Center for 15 days.
Ms. Zhao Yanhua was also arrested by officers from the Dayushu Police Station on the same day. She was detained at the Haidian Detention Center for 10 days.

Mr. Zhao Zaiquan and his wife Ms. Fu Xiangqin were arrested at home by officers from the Tongzi County Domestic Security Division and Songkan Town Police Station on November 12, 2015, for having informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong at home. They were taken to that police station but later escaped.
16. [Nantong City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhang Zhiying Detained
Ms. Zhang Zhiying was arrested by police on November 13, 2015. She was taken to a brainwashing center.
17. [Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Lifen Arrested for Suing Jiang Zemin
Ms. Fang Lifen was arrested by officers from the Songgang Police Station on November 12, 2015 because she filed a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin. the former Chinese dictator. She was released that night.

Ms. Bai Xue was arrested at home by local police on November 4, 2015.
19. [Xiamen City, Fujiang Province] Five Practitioners Detained
Officers from the Bishan Police Station in Siming District arrested Ms. Lao Zheng, Ms. Agang, Ms. Huang Yaping, Ms. Huang Yajie and Ms. Xuemei on November 13, 2015. They are being held at the Xiamen No. 1 Detention Center.

20. [Jurong City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Wu Zhengrong Detained
Mr. Wu Zhengrong was arrested and detained by the local police on November 12, 2015, because he filed criminal a complaint against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator.
21. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiufen on Verge of Death
Ms. Li Xiufen from Changyi, Weifang went on a hunger strike for more than 20 days in a brainwashing center. She was transferred to the Weifang Detention Center and force fed. She is on the verge of death.
22. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Yang Fengtao and Ms. Du Yaoyin Detained
Ms. Yang Fengtao was arrested by officers from the Dananshan Police Station and the Puning 610 Office on November 12, 2015. The police also ransacked her home and took away five CD/DVD burners, two printers, a laptop, etc., worth about 35,000 yuan. When Ms. Du Yaoyin went to the police station to request Ms. Yang's release, she was also arrested. The practitioners are being held at the Puning Detention Center.

23. [Tangshan, Hebei Province] Ms. Sun Shuping's Car Still Held by Police
Three months after Ms. Sun Shuping's release, Zhenzi Town Police Station still refuses to return her car confiscated the day of her arrest for distributing Falun Gong materials.
The police tried four times to extort money from Ms. Sun in exchange for her car. She declined each time because she had not broken any laws.
The car remains at the police station and Ms. Sun is asking that the police return it.
24. [Cangzhou, Hebei Province] Nine Practitioners Tried
Nine residents from Cangzhou City were tried within four days in November 2015, for refusing to give up their belief in Falun Gong.
Mr. Zhao Yang testified that he was tortured by arresting officer Li Yi at a local detention center. Li promised to release Mr. Zhao shortly after his arrest, but that never materialized. When Li visited the detention center, he took Mr. Zhao to a room for force-feeding. Afterwards, he covered Mr. Zhao's head with a bag and cuffed his hands behind his back for more than 24 hours.
Ms. Li Li and Mr. Hou Dongliang both testified how they became better people after practicing Falun Gong. They reiterated that they broke no laws by exercising their constitutional right to practice their spiritual belief.
Ms. Zhao Junru fainted in the courtroom, but judge Ma Yongsheng ordered the trial to keep going without concern for her well-being.
All nine practitioners remain detained after their arrests more than one year ago.
25. [Qingyang, Gansu Province] Mr. Xu Feng's Prison Term Close to End
Mr. Xu Feng is set to be released from prison on December 5, 2015. He was sentenced to 14.5 years in prison following his arrest in September 2002 for spreading information about the persecution of Falun Gong. While in prison, he was brutally tortured and reduced to just skin and bones.
His wife was sentenced to three years during his imprisonment, leaving their two young daughters without their parents. His father passed away, unable to see him for the last time.
26. [Ulanhot, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Wu Guangjun Still Detained in Prison
A married couple and their son were arrested in April 2010 and given prison sentences ranging from three to six years. Their alleged "crime" is that they practice Falun Gong.
Ms. Yan Shukui was released home after serving 5 years and 67 days. Her son Mr. Wu Shuai spent more than two years in prison and returned home on July 3, 2012.
Mr. Wu Guangjun, however, is still serving his 6-year sentence at Baoanzhao Prison.
27. [She County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Shuiting Sentenced to Three Years' Imprisonment
Mr. Li Shuiting was sentenced to three years in early November for refusing to give up his belief in Falun Gong. Judge Liu Baogang is having trouble finding a prison that is willing to admit Mr. Li. Both Handan Prison and Shijiazhuang Prison refused to take any more Falun Gong practitioners. According to insiders, the judge is working on having Jidong Prison take Mr. Li.
Mr. Li remains in She County Detention Center since his arrest in April this year.
28. [Anyang, Henan Province] Ms. Sang Shunyun Transferred to Xinxiang Women's Prison
It was recently learned that Ms. Sang Shunyun was transferred to Xinxiang Women's Prison after being detained in the Anyang Detention Center for 19 months. The detention center refused to allow Ms. Sang's family to visit her using all kinds of excuses after Ms. Sang was sentenced.
29. [Tianjin] Ji County Court Holds Fifth Session Against Ms. Wang Shuli
The Ji County Court held a fifth session against Ms. Wang Shuli on November 9, 2015. Judge Li Jing kept interrupting Ms. Wang while she defended herself in court. Her attorney pointed out there was no solid evidence and practicing Falun Gong does not violate any laws.
30. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Xu Chuanlin Detained for Five Months
Mr. Xu Chuanlin was arrested by officers from the Longtan District Domestic Security Division on June 16, 2015, because he filed a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. He has been detained for five months.
His attorney went to meet him on November 5, 2015. His case has been submitted to Longtan District Court.
