Additional Persecution News from China – November 14, 2015 (Part II, 35 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 27 cities or counties in 12 provinces. According to this report, at least 69 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Liaohe Oilfield Police Arrest Practitioners Who Sued Jiang Zemin

On November 9, 2015, officers from the Liaohe Oilfield Police Department arrested practitioners who filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin.

Six practitioners were arrested in the Ciyutuo Oil Production Plant. They are Ms. Wang Yuzhen, Ms. Qu Jusheng, Ms. Yu Xia, Ms. Li Xiulan, Mr. Xiao Jingyong, and Ms. Song Shuxian. Ms. Wang Yuzhen and Ms. Qu Jusheng are held in the Panjin City No. 3 Detention Center. The other four practitioners remain in the Oil Production Plant for health reasons.

2. [Tongling City, Anhui Province] Mr. Yin Yongqian Arrested

Mr. Yin Yongqian was arrested recently.

3. [Tongling City, Anhui Province] Mr. Zheng Mingyang and Ms. Yang Peiying Arrested

Mr. Zheng Mingyang and Ms. Yang Peiying of Shun'an Town in Tongling County were arrested by officers from the Tongling City Domestic Security Division and the Shun'an Town Police Station on September 1, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. Their homes were ransacked. Both practitioners were released that day.

4. [Jianping County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Lu Shuhua Detained

Haladaokou Town Police Station officers lured Ms. Lu Shuhua to the station and arrested her on November 9, 2015. She was taken to the Chaoyang Detention Center.

5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Gao Guizhen, Ms. Li Xiufen, and Ms. Zhang Min were arrested on October 15, 2015. Their homes were ransacked. Ms. Gao and Ms. Li were taken to the Kuiwen Party School Brainwashing Center and later to the Weifang Detention Center. Ms. Zhang's whereabouts are unknown.

6. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Huimin Arrested

Ms. Li Huimin from the No. 31 North Joint Station in the No. 3 Daqing Oil Production Plant was arrested by officers from the Daqing City Development Zone Police Department on November 5, 2015.

7. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Bingmei Arrested

Ms. Wang Bingmei was arrested at home by officers from the Zhucheng City 610 Office and Police Department on November 11, 2015.

8. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Hu Yulin Arrested

Mr. Hu Yulin, who works at the Daqing City Water Supply Company, was arrested at home by officers from the Dong'an Police Department on November 10, 2015.

9. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Ren Suqin and Mr. Wang Zhigang Arrested

Ms. Ren Suqin, 66, was arrested on November 10, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was detained for 15 days. Mr. Wang Zhigang went to the North Heping Road Police Station to ask about her on the morning of November 12, 2015. He was arrested.

10. [Tianjin] Ms. Ma Lijun and Family Arrested

Machang Street Police Station officers in the Hexi District and Machang Residential Committee members arrested Ms. Ma Lijun and her non-practitioner husband at home on the afternoon of November 5, 2015, to question them about suing Jiang Zemin. The officers ransacked their home They confiscated a computer and a printer.

Ms. Ma was taken to the Wushuidao Detention Center in the Hexi District. Her husband was released that day.

Ms. Ma's daughter was arrested at work that day. She was released after being held in the police station overnight.

11. [Jianchang County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhu Hong and Ms. Yao Yuchun Arrested

Ms. Zhu Hong and Ms. Yao Yuchun were arrested by officers from the town police station on November 10, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin.

12. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Su Hongxiang Detained

Zhao Lianke, head of the Xinbin County Domestic Security Division, and other officers arrested Mr. Su Hongxiang from Jiahe Village, Yongling Town, Xinbin County, on the afternoon of November 11, 2015. They ransacked his home. Mr. Su is detained in the Xinbin County Detention Center.

13. [Chishui City, Guizhou Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Chen Guilu, Mr. Li Tianyou, Mr. Chen Yinfu, and Mr. Ming Fengdi were recently arrested by officers from the Chishui City 610 Office and the State Security Division for suing Jiang Zemin. They have returned home.

14. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Meng Fanzeng Detained

Mr. Meng Fanzeng, who works at the Water Supply Company affiliated with the Daqing City Administration Bureau, was arrested on November 1, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. He was detained for 15 days.

15. [Beijing] Ms. Gong Huishuang Arrested

Officers from the Henanzhai Police Station in Miyun County broke into Ms. Gong Huishuang's home on November 11, 2015, to ask her about her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. They confiscated Falun Dafa books. Ms. Gong was arrested and taken to the police station.

16. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Pu Xiuping Detained

Ms. Pu Xiuping was arrested by Jinqiao Police Station officers on the morning of November 12, 2015. She was taken to the Langfang Detention Center.

17. [Taiyuan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Lan and Son Mr. Wang Zhigang Arrested

Ms. Wang Lan and her son Mr. Wang Zhigang went to the North Heping Road Police Station to demand that fellow practitioners be released on November 12, 2015. They were arrested.

18. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Guo Shuyan, Mr. Chen Yu, and Mr. Wang Yanming, who worked at the Daqing No. 10 Oil Production Plant, were arrested by officers from the Zhaozhou County Police Department and the Daqing No. 10 Oil Production Plant Police Department on the afternoon of November 11, 2015.

19. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Li Detained

Ms. Wang Li, 35, was arrested recently. She is detained in the Weifang Detention Center.

20. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Jingtao and Ms. Chu Dan Arrested

Officers from the Sheling Police Station in the Shuangyang District and the Changchun Oil Production Plant Police Station arrested Mr. Li Jingtao and Ms. Chu Dan on the afternoon of November 12, 2015. Both practitioners are now in the Sheling Police Station.

21. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Guan Shihui and Wife Arrested

Zhao Lianke, head of the Xinbin County Domestic Security Division, went to Yongling Town and arrested Mr. Guan Shihui, a teacher at Yongling Middle School, and his wife on November 12, 2015. The officer ransacked their home.

22. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Fengqin Detained

Ms. Zhang Fengqin from Jingyu County was arrested by officers from the local police department on November 12, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the Baishan City Detention Center.

23. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Suhua Detained

Ms. Li Suhua was arrested by Yang Kaiyu and Yang Juan, officers from the the Leshan Domestic Security Division, on October 25, 2015, for posting Falun Gong informational materials. She was held in the Leshan City Police Department for 10 days. She has returned home.

24. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Li Tianfen, Ms. Min Keyu, and an elderly practitioner, Xia, were arrested.

25. [Shunde City, Guangdong Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Long Yi, Ms. Rong Gui, Ms. Hu Yanting, and Mr. Xue Yuan from the Daliang Subdistrict of the Shunde District were arrested on November 12, 2015.

26. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Shumei Arrested

Ms. Zhang Shumei was recently arrested at home.

27. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Pang Lizhi and Ms. Liu Heyu from Dabunan Village in Junan County were arrested at home by Chen Xin and other officers on the afternoon of November 9, 2015. Both practitioners were taken to a detention center.

Ms. Xia Zhuying of Yishui County was arrested and taken to the Junan County Detention Center on November 6, 2015.

28. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Guiqing Detained

Ms. Sun Guiqing from Pusamiao Town was arrested by officers from the Dagushan Economic Zone Police Department in Dandong City and the Pusamiao Town Police Station on November 11, 2015. The officers confiscated a notebook computer, a printer, Falun Dafa books, and printed materials. Ms. Sun is detained in the Dandong Detention Center.

29. [Jianping County, Liaoning Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Officers from different police stations in Jianping County arrested Mr. Sha Jintang, Ms. Tian Yufeng, Ms. Yan Haiyan, Mr. Pang, Mr. Yuan, Mr. An Ping, Ms. Yin Xiuzhi, Ms. Li Guiping, Ms. Liu Qiyun, Mr. Guo Hao, and other practitioners since November 9, 2015.

Ms. Liu Qiyun was taken to the Hongshan Police Station. She was released the following day. Mr. Guo Hao was released on bail.

30. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wei Subin Detained

Mr. Wei Subin from Yangjuanzi Town in the Liaohekou Ecological Economic Zone was arrested by officers from the Yangjuanzi Town Police Station on November 10, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was detained for 10 days.

31. [Bozhou City, Anhui Province] Ms. Liu Yan and Husband Mr. Xie Mingzhen Arrested

Ms. Liu Yan and her husband Mr. Xie Mingzhen were arrested on November 1, 2015.

32. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Zongding Detained

Ms. He Zongding, 65, was arrested at home on the afternoon of November 11, 2015, for filing lawsuits against Jiang Zemin with the Supreme Court and the Supreme Procuratorate. She is detained in the Leshan City Detention Center.

33. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dong Yanqiu Detained

Officers from the Jichangqian Police Station arrested Ms. Dong Yanqiu at work on the afternoon of November 12, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She was detained for 10 days.

34. [Beijing] Mr. Zhang Lijun Arrested

Mr. Zhang Lijun from the Pudong Residential Community in the Mentougou District was arrested on November 10, 2015. He was taken to the Public Security Hospital. Family visits are not allowed.

35. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Huang Chengqiong Detained

Han Yugao, division head of the Hongshan Police Department, arrested Ms. Huang Chengqiong on November 10, 2015. Ms. Huang was taken to the Erzhigou Women's Education Center.
