(Minghui.org) Many people in China are no longer fearful of listening to the facts about Falun Dafa, and are willing to take informational materials distributed by practitioners. I have seen this many times, and would like to share a few of these instances.
My Notion Corrected
Learning the facts about Falun Dafa is good for people, so I take Dafa materials with me when I go out to talk to people about the practice.
I once saw a dozen people pulling weeds along the roadside, and I stopped to talk to them. I handed them some of the materials, and asked them to read the information at home.
“If you know the facts about Falun Dafa you will benefit greatly,” I said.
I wanted them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. I said, “There are hundreds of people suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the Chinese communist regime, who launched the persecution of Dafa. You should quit the CCP. Doing so will help protect you when it is no longer in power.”
An elderly lady in her sixties then asked me for the materials because she wanted to read them. I was surprised to hear that she could read, so I gave her the materials and asked her to share them with her family and friends.
This incident changed a notion of mine. I had always thought that most elderly ladies were uneducated, and I thus did not try to give them the materials. I was wrong. All lives are equal, and I am not entitled to deprive them of their chance to know the truth.
We Quit the CCP Long Ago
When I was visiting another practitioner, I saw many workers digging a ditch on the side of the road, so I stopped and said, “How are you fellows? I have a pamphlet that you may want to read. There are at least 180,000 people suing Jiang Zemin. You will experience good fortune if you learn the facts about Falun Dafa and the persecution.”
“I want to read the booklet,” one man said. “We should have sued him a long time ago. He is a traitor. Let's arrest him.”
I did not have enough materials for everyone, and one worker complained because he also wanted the materials.
“Why don't you share it with others, as I have run out,” I said to one of the workers, “Have you quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations?”
“We all did a long time ago. Thank you,” he replied.
“Why didn't you tell me earlier?”
I talked to a cleaning lady in September. She said, “You are so lucky. I can tell that you are a lucky guy just by looking at you.”
“Yes, I am a lucky guy. I am a Falun Dafa practitioner, and my Teacher is protecting me.” I said, “You should often recite ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ You will then also be protected by deities and have good fortune. Did you ever join the Chinese Young Pioneers or the CCP?”
She said she had joined the Young Pioneers, so I helped her renounce her membership in the CCP organization.
I went shopping and met her again on my way back. She held my hand and said, “I have recited ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ and I feel much better. Why didn't you tell me earlier?”
