Additional Persecution News from China – November 5, 2015 (Part I, 31 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 26 cities or counties in 14 provinces. According to this report, 12 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 45 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Chunbao and Mr. Wang Guoling Arrested

Mr. Wang Chunbao and Mr. Wang Guoling of Dajiagou Town in Dehui City were arrested at their homes by officers from the Dehui City Police Station on the afternoon of November 3, 2015. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa items.

2. [Hengshan County, Hunan Province] Ms. Xie Jinping Missing

Ms. Xie Jinping of Jianzhu Village, Baiguo Town, went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practice Falun Gong in 2001. She never returned, and her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Wang Ping Arrested

Ms. Wang Ping of Xiaozhan Town in the Jinnan District was arrested on the morning of November 4, 2015, by officers from the Xiaozhan Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin.

4. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Xie Jixian, 50, of Jichang Village, Yanshanhong Township, Baiyun District, went back to his hometown to tell people about Falun Gong on October 29, 2015. He was arrested by officers from the Yangchangba Town Police Station in Dafang County in the Bijie Region. The officers took blood samples from him against his will. He was released on November 3, 2015.

Mr. Xie's wife, Ms. Yang Li, in her 40s, was arrested by Yanshanhong Township Police Station officers on November 2, 2015. She was taken to the station for interrogation. The officers forcibly took blood samples from her. She was released that day.

Mr. Jiang Chaolin, in his 70s, was arrested when he went to Ms. Yang Li's home to deliver Falun Dafa teachings to her. Officers from the Yanshanhong Township Police Station who were staked out there made the arrest. Mr. Jiang was taken to the police station. The officers took blood samples from and pictures of him against his will. He was released that evening.

5. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Hua and Ms. Zhang Xiaoli Held in Brainwashing Center for Over Three Months

Ms. Wang Hua and Ms. Zhang Xiaoli have been held in the Xi'an City Brainwashing Center for over three months.

6. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Shan Hongfen and Ms. Liu Xiufeng Taken Into Police Custody

Ms. Shan Hongfen and Ms. Liu Xiufeng of Nanyan Village, Tuanwang Town, Laiyang City, were arrested on the morning of November 4, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. Both practitioners are now in custody at the Tuanwang Town Police Station.

7. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhang Zhiqin Arrested

Ms. Zhang Zhiqin of Wanxinzhuang Township in the Dongli District was arrested at home on November 3, 2015, by officers from the Wanxinzhuang Township Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin. She has not returned home.

8. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Ying and Mr. Gao Shujie Arrested

Officers from the Wuqing District 610 Office arrested Ms. Li Ying on October 27, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. Ms. Li was taken to the Caozhuangzi Detention Center in the Xiqing District.

Mr. Gao Shujie was arrested at work on October 28, 2015. The officers took him to the Yucai Road Police Station for interrogation with a transcript. He has now returned home.

9. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Hongyu Arrested

Ms. Li Hongyu of Meichang Town in the Wuqing District was arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials by officers from the Meichang Town Police Station on November 2, 2015. She has not yet returned home.

10. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Yaowen and Ms. Jing Xiuhua Arrested

Mr. Wang Yaowen and Ms. Jing Xiuhua from Dongguan Township in Kangping County were arrested by officers from the Dongguan Township Police Station on the evening of November 2, 2015.

11. [Beijing] Ms. Chang Shurong Arrested

Ms. Chang Shurong of Xibaidai Village in Zhangfang Town, Fangshan District, was arrested at home on November 2, 2015, by officers from the Zhangfang Town Police Station for filing her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin with the Supreme Procuratorate. The officers took her to the police station to sign paperwork.

12. [Meishan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Guifang Arrested; Mr. Chen Jiying's Home Ransacked

Ms. Yang Guifang of Qinglong Town in Pengshan County was arrested at home by the Chengdu police and the Meishan police on November 4, 2015.

Officers including Xu Shu'an from the Pengshan County Domestic Security Division ransacked Mr. Chen Jiying's home on Xiaonan Street in Pengshan County around noon on November 4, 2015.

13. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Jingmei Arrested

Ms. Wu Jingmei of Yangjiachengzhang Village, Fuyanshan Development Zone, Wangliu Neighborhood, Weicheng District, was arrested by officers from the Fuyanshan Residential Community Police Station on November 3, 2015.

14. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Hailing and Ms. Zhu Haijuan Detained

Liu Zhiqiang, chief of the Chaluhe Police Department, and other officers broke into Mr. Zhu Jingyun's home and arrested his two daughters, Ms. Zhu Hailing and Ms. Zhu Haijuan, on the afternoon of November 2, 2015. Both sisters were taken to the Yongji County Detention Center.

15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Hongwei Detained

Mr. Zhang Hongwei of Panshi City in Jilin Province was arrested in September 2015 while he was working odd jobs in Wuhan City. The household registration officer from the Wulixin Village Police Station in the Hanyang District where he was staying took him in for investigation. He was immediately detained. The officers confiscated a computer, a cellphone, and other items. Where he is detained remains unknown.

16. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Jiaze Detained

Officers from the Shenhe District Domestic Security Division and the Huigong Police Station arrested Mr. Liu Jiaze on November 3, 2015. His home was ransacked. He was taken to the police station and then to the Shenhe District Detention Center the following day.

17. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wang Suhong of Wangkun Village in Taitousi Township was arrested at work on the morning of October 30, 2015. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a TV, a satellite dish, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and Falun Dafa books.

Ms. Liang Yanping from Xitun Village was also arrested that day. She was released.

Officers from the Huangheya Town Police Station arrested Ms. Zhang Guimei on the morning of November 1, 2015. She was detained for five days.

18. [Nanzheng County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Song Cuiping Arrested

Ms. Song Cuiping was arrested at home by plainclothes officers from the Nanqu Police Station on the morning of November 4, 2015. She was handcuffed. The officers confiscated printed materials.

19. [Yujiang County, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Zhou Hualiang Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zhou Hualiang was arrested by officers from the Yujiang County Domestic Security Division on October 30, 2015. He was taken to a brainwashing center.

20. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Chen Hong Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Chen Hong was sentenced to five years in prison.

21. [Chongqing] Ms. Yan Huiru and Her Husband Arrested

Ms. Yan Huiru and her husband live at the Jihua Middle School in the Yubei District. They were arrested by officers from the Yubei District Police Department on October 29, 2015. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated a printer, among other items.

22. [Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province] Four Practitioners Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Yao Hongwen, Ms. Yu Zhiying, Ms. Wang Chunyan, and Ms. Huang Guidi were arrested on the evening of April 18, 2015. Ms. Yao and Ms. Huang have been held in the Yuyao Detention Center. Ms. Yu and Ms. Wang are in the Cixi Detention Center.

Their families received a notice from the Yuyao Court on November 4, 2015, claiming that the Ningbo Intermediate Court upheld the results of the second trial. The court sentenced Ms. Yao, Ms. Yu, and Ms. Wang to five years each and Ms. Huang to four and a half years in prison.

23. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Yanjie Arrested

Ms. Zhao Yanjie was arrested on the afternoon of November 4, 2015.

24. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Xiaolan and Ms. Zhang Hongmei Arrested

Ms. Xu Xiaolan and Ms. Zhang Hongmei of Gaomi City went to the Kangzhuang Police Station on October 3, 2015, to tell officers about Falun Gong and demand the release of fellow practitioners. The officers arrested the two practitioners and ransacked their homes.

25. [Shanghai] Ms. Chen Qinfang Detained

Ms. Chen Qinfang of Anting Town in the Jiading District was arrested on October 27, 2015. She was held in the Jiading Detention Center for 15 days.

26. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Jihua and Ms. Yuan Shujuan Arrested

Ms. Li Jihua and Ms. Yuan Shujuan from Yuanliuli Village, Jiulong Neighborhood Administration Office, Fangzi District, were arrested by officers from the Jiulong Neighborhood Administration Office Police Station on November 4, 2015. Both practitioners were taken to the Weifang Detention Center for 10 days of detention. On their way to the detention center, Ms. Li became terribly nauseated and vomited profusely. The detention center refused to admit them. Both practitioners returned home that evening.

27. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Li Chengrong and her two daughters, Ms. Chang Qiulan and Ms. Chang Qiuyu, were arrested on the afternoon of November 2, 2015, by officers from the Chenxiang Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated their Falun Dafa books. They took written notes while interrogating Ms. Chang Qiulan. She was released that evening. Ms. Li and her other daughter were released the following day.

Ms. Shi Changling was arrested at work by officers from the Chenxiang Police Station on November 4, 2015. She has not returned home.

28. [Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Mao Zudi from the Qujiang District was arrested by Qujiang District Police Station officers on October 3, 2015. Her home was ransacked. She was detained in the Criminal Police Division of the police department for 15 days.

That same day, Mr. Li Yun and his wife were also arrested. Their home was ransacked. Ms. Li's wife was released that day, but he was detained for 15 days.

29. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Seven Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Hu Ting of Huanggutun Village in the Yuanbaoshan District was arrested on October 25, 2015.

Ms. Wang Ping and her husband from Dabeihai Village were arrested on November 3, 2015. The couple were released after signing paperwork.

Mr. Jing Dahua of Jianchangying Town in the Yuanbaoshan District was arrested on November 3, 2015

Ms. Yu Fengchun from the Yuanbaoshan District was arrested on November 4, 2015.

Ms. Wang Shuhua and Ms. Jing Guirong from Jianchangying Town in the Yuanbaoshan District were arrested on November 4, 2015. The police took them to the Jianying Police Station to sign paperwork.

All the arrested practitioners were taken to the Yuanbaoshan District Detention Center.

30. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Aiyu Detained

Ms. Wang Aiyu of Wangliutun Village in Wangliu Town was arrested by Wangliu Town Police Station officers on November 4, 2015. She is now in the Weifang Detention Center.

31. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Chen Shuqiao Detained

Ms. Chen Shuqiao of Gongyi City was arrested recently. She is being held in the Gongyi City Detention Center.
