(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners held an activity at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia, collecting signatures on a petition calling for an end to organ harvesting atrocities in China. The activity was held on November 16 and 17.
Georgia Tech is located in downtown Atlanta and is a well-known university. Many Chinese students study there.
Falun Gong practitioners set up banners and posters on campus. They explained the practice and exposed the persecution of Falun Gong in China.
Many students signed the petition against the persecution of Falun Gong in China. In addition, many Chinese students came forward to get informational materials and to hear practitioners explain the situation in China today. Dozens of Chinese students took the opportunity to renounce membership in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Communist Youth League and/or the Young Pioneers.

“This is horrible. I support you,” said an Indian student after reading the posters. He listened to a practitioner's explanation and signed the petition. He said he would look for more information online after going home.
One student who took a flyer about organ harvesting atrocities said, “Oh. I know this issue. I want to sign the petition.” Many students took flyers and asked for more information.
