According to this report, 4 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, at least 12 were illegally arrested, the whereabouts of 1 is unknown, and 1 was detained for suing Jiang Zemin.

1. [Yanling County, Henan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

A group of police officers broke into Ms. Yin Mingde's home in Tangzhuang Village on September 30, 2015, and ransacked it. They confiscated Falun Dafa books and Falun Gong informational materials. They arrested Ms. Yin Mingde, 80, and several other practitioners.

2. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ren Jimei Detained for suing Jiang Zemin

Ms. Ren Jimei was arrested by officers from the Jinqiao Police Station on September 23, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books and other belongings. Ms. Ren is being detained in the Yantai City No. 2 Detention Center for 15 days.

3. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Li Junlan Detained

Ms. Li Junlan, in her forties, from Jintan District, was arrested in Zhenjiang City by local police officers on September 13, 2015. She is being held in the Zhenjiang Detention Center.

4. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Shuxiang Arrested

Ms. Wang Shuxiang was arrested on September 29, 2015.

5. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Guirong Arrested

Ms. Li Guirong, 60, from Hunjiang District, was arrested at her daughter's home in Jiangbeiyurun Community in late August 2015.

6. [Chongqing] Ms. Li Guangying’s Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Li Guangying, 52, is an employee of the Songzao Coal Mine, in Anwen Town, Qijiang District. She was arrested by plainclothes officers on September 24, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Jia Pengfei Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Mr. Jia Pengfei was tried by the Xuanhua District Court on September 29, 2015.The judge sentenced Mr. Jia to four years in prison ten minutes after the trial started.

8. [Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Baoliang Detained

Ms. Wang Baoliang, from Nanyang City, Henan Province, was arrested by armed officers from the Nanhe Police Station at the Home Inns in Guangyuan City, on September 28, 2015. She is being held in a detention center.

9. [Xingtang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Huanping Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison

Ms. Yang Huanping was arrested on November 15, 2013, then released on bail for health reasons. The Qiaoxi District Court in Shijiazhuang City sentenced Ms. Yang to a seven-year prison term on September 8, 2015. She has appealed the sentence.

10. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Xiuying Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiuying, from the Gudao Oil Production Plant, Shengli Oilfield, was arrested on September 21, 2015, by Ma Yuqiang, head of the Haibin Police Department Domestic Security Division, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. The officers released her after extorting 5,000 yuan.

11. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Caiyun and Ms. Zhuang Jingyuan Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Wang Caiyun was sentenced to three years and Ms. Zhuang Jingyuan to three-and-a-half years in prison during separate trials on September 16, 2015. Both practitioners were taken to the women's prison.

12. [Chongqing] Ms. Zhou Jilian Arrested

Ms. Zhou Jilian from Sanjiang Town, Qijiang District, was arrested on September 24, 2015, at the store where she works, by officers from the Qijiang District Domestic Security Division.

13. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xia Yumei and Ms. Xia Yufang Arrested

Members of the Yunxi County 610 Office, along with county police officers and officers from the local police station, arrested Ms. Xia Yumei and Ms. Xia Yufang around September 25, 2015.

14. [Pingquan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Zhongwei Detained

Officers from the Pingquan County Police Department Domestic Security Division broke into Huilong Computer City, a privately owned shopping center, and arrested Mr. Li Zhongwei on September 23, 2015. They confiscated Mr. Li's notebook computer and his car. Mr. Li is being held in the Pingquan County Detention Center.
