Elderly Woman with Glaucoma Can See Well Enough to Sew
One of my neighbors was from Henan Province. One day her mother-in-law from Henan Province came to visit her. I wanted to tell her mother-in-law about Falun Dafa. She was usually busy, but I finally got the opportunity to talk to her while she was outside chatting with another woman. As I walked toward them, I sent forth righteous thoughts.
We chatted, and I learned about their religion and the temples they visited to burn incense and ask for blessings. Then I told them how Buddhism and other religions had deviated from their origins and why Falun Dafa is the real Buddha Fa and a righteous cultivation path. They listened attentively.
The woman from Henan Province asked if they could learn Falun Dafa. I told them that of course they could learn, anyone could.
She asked if her family would benefit from her practicing Falun Dafa. I said, “Our Master said, 'with one person practicing, the whole family benefits' (Teaching the Fa at the Fa Conference in Australia). As long as you genuinely practice, your family will benefit.”
They were happy and said they wanted to learn as soon as possible. They wanted to go to my home to watch the exercise video and other DVDs about Falun Dafa.
The lady from Henan suffered from glaucoma and had to wear glasses. After watching the exercise DVD, she felt uncomfortable wearing her glasses so she took them off. Then a miracle happened. She was able to see things clearly without her glasses. She wasn't dizzy, and she could even sew without the use of her glasses.
She later told me that that night she saw a big Falun spinning in her room. She was very excited, and everywhere she went, she told people about Falun Dafa. Before returning to Henan, she sought out many Falun Dafa books and materials to take home.
Humpback Straightened
I went to another city, for my performing arts job. On my way to the dressing room to change my costume one day, I noticed an older woman with a serious humpback. She had to use crutches to walk. I inquired about her health. She said, “I have many ailments. I have had a humpback for over ten years. I prayed to Jesus and often went to Buddhist temples to burn incense. I have also spent a lot of money on my health, but I have not improved at all.”
I said, “Let me tell you that a great Buddha Fa has appeared. You will not be asked for any money. Just genuinely believe, and you will be blessed.”
I certainly had her attention, and her eyes widened. I told her that Master Li is a real sage and that if she respected Master and Dafa, she would be blessed and her karma would be reduced and her health would improve. I told he the whole story about Falun Dafa and the persecution and she believed me. She responded, "Falun Dafa is good!" She asked me to write down for her, on paper, "Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good."
I asked Master to strengthen me, so I could continue to help her. With strong righteous thoughts, I asked her to slowly straighten her back while repeating "Falun Dafa is good." Naturally she was skeptical and told me that she had been a humpback for many years. She asked doubtfully, "Is it possible?” I said, “Yes, straighten up.” She did as I told her. Slowly she straightened her back while repeating "Falun Dafa is good." Her back straightened a little at a time. She was excited and deeply moved.
I was thanked Master for his boundless compassion in my heart. I told her that she was all right now. But she said that she didn't dare to move without the crutches she had been using for more than ten years. I continued to encourage her: “Give up your crutches and walk with me.” I took her hand and together we took a few steps. She started out slow and then was walking faster and faster. Eventually, she ran! She recovered from her serious humpback after putting her faith in Falun Dafa.
She was very grateful. Her daughter and son-in-law saw it and were convinced of the power Falun Dafa. Other people were all talking about it, including some of the performers who witnessed this miracle.
Driver Blessed by Falun Dafa
One day I told a friend about Falun Dafa. She was very happy to know the facts. I offered her some Falun Dafa amulets, which she took home. She then told her brother about Dafa and said that Dafa is a Buddha Fa and he would be blessed if he treated Dafa with respect. He agreed and took one of the amulets.
After the Chinese New Year, he drove his truck to Hunan Province. There was a car accident involving many vehicles. Cars were falling off the road, and his truck was dangling on a cliff. Suddenly a mysterious force pushed his truck back to the middle of the road. He and his truck were safe. His surprised colleague said to him, “How is it that you were saved? What happened is nothing short of miraculous. Do you have a Buddha shrine at home?” He smiled and said that he had a Falun Dafa amulet and it had brought him good fortune.
These three incidents are typical examples of how people were blessed when they expressed belief and support for Falun Dafa. Many of my family members believe in Falun Dafa and have read Zhuan Falun. My niece recovered from Bell's palsy. My nephew recovered from a lymph node illness. My sister-in-law recovered from spondylosis, and my brother-in-law recovered from stomach disease. Many of my neighbors, friends, and colleagues have convinced of the goodness of Falun Dafa.
