(Minghui.org) A multimedia exposé of the state-sanctioned forced harvesting of organs from Falun Gong practitioners in China commanded attention at the center of Hamburg, Germany, on September 20, 2014.

The audio broadcast guided passersby through China's organ transplant statistics, the number of death row prisoners, how that number cannot explain the source of so many organs, and all the evidence pointing to a live organ pool whose members are killed on demand for transplant tourists in China.

The display boards helped readers navigate between visuals that provided complementary information and showcased the short wait time for a matched organ in a matter of two weeks and the European Union resolution condemning this crime against humanity.

Many locals and tourists signed the petition to call for an end to forced organ harvesting in China after learning the facts via the multimedia presentation.

Falun Gong practitioners also staged a reenactment to highlight the brutal process of organ harvesting. Some stopped and asked why the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) persecutes Falun Gong. Some gravitated to the gentle exercises and wanted to learn more.

A cellist signed the petition and told practitioners that she was going to perform near their event, but decided to find another location because she didn't want to disturb passersby from listening to the audio broadcast about organ harvesting in China.

A businesswoman from Bremen spending the weekend in Hamburg stood for a long time before the display boards and listened to the audio broadcast. She took the informational materials and said, “The company I work for has opened factories in China. I don't think it's right to be indifferent to social injustice, not to mention that Falun Gong practitioners are a very unique group.”

She was interested in the Falun Gong exercises and inquired about the group exercise sites in Bremen. She resonated with the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.

“I prayed to God yesterday and asked Him to lead me to a right path. And I came here today.” She sincerely thanked practitioners and hoped that their paths would cross again.

A woman from Portugal said, “I'm not surprised at all that the Chinese Communist Party persecutes Falun Gong. It is a totalitarian regime. It is afraid of independent thought. It wants to control people's minds. I know that Falun Gong will carry on into the future.”

An anthropologist said that the crime of forced organ harvesting was far from trivial: “What you are doing is very good and very important. It builds enormous momentum.”

Many who signed the petition thanked practitioners for informing them of the issue and hoped that these atrocities will end soon.
