Two Falun Gong practitioners were riding around on a scooter to clarify the truth about Falun Gong on the evening of July 27, 2014, when they came across a man and a woman. They talked to them about the persecution. The man snatched the scooter key from the practitioner and ordered the woman to call and ask officers from Wenyilu Police Station to come and arrest the practitioners.
The two practitioners tried to reason with them. One of the bystanders said to the man, “The Chinese Communist Party is indeed mean. Why can't they distribute fliers? What do you want them for?”
The man wouldn't listen. As the two practitioners tried to leave, he grabbed one of them and held her down on the ground, then took her purse. The two practitioners struggled and escaped. The police came later and took away the scooter.
This man's identity is unknown at this time. He was in his forties and could be a domestic security or plainclothes officer.
