(Minghui.org) An older lady was telling a mesmerized audience her story about surviving being stung by thousands of hornets: “A girl in a TV show said she was bathed in some kind of potion that made her immune to toxins, but that was fictional. As a Falun Dafa practitioner, I survived a thousand hornet stings, and that is true.”

Stings by these hornets, also known by the scientific name Vespa mandarinia, are deadly. They chase their target and don't give up. Even if you hide under water, they wait and hover, looking for an opportunity to attack.

These hornets are extremely venomous and ferocious. An enraged swarm will cover their victim with stings. The victims swell up and experience extreme pain, drowsiness, and restlessness. In more severe cases, they can become blind. Worst case scenario, without timely treatment a sting victim may become unconscious and die.

When a hornets' nest is spotted in the countryside, the fire department is typically notified. At night, the firefighters put on their firefighting gear and burn the nest with flamethrowers.

Older Lady Tells a Miraculous Story

The lady mentioned above said she was stung by a thousand hornets. One or two of those hornets are already tough to deal with, let alone a thousand. I was intrigued by her amazing story and wanted to get to the bottom of it.

Let's talk about the lady first. Everyone knows Ms. Wang. She's in her 60s and was born into a very poor family. She had a rough childhood. She grew up and married into a poor family. Because life was tough, she contracted many illnesses and no treatment brought relief.

When she had become desperate, she started practicing Falun Dafa in 1998. In less than six months, all her illnesses were gone. Falun Dafa had given her a second life.

One fall day, Ms. Wang had lunch at her daughter's and then headed home. About 1 km from her home, suddenly a swarm of these hornets came out of nowhere, surrounded her, covered her head and body, and started their deadly attack.

Ms. Wang took off her jacket and waved it as she ran, trying to drive the hornets away. This actually drew more of them to her. In the end, her jacket was covered with so many hornets that she could barely lift it, so she had to let it go. The hornets left the jacket and attacked her. She rolled on the ground as they stung her over and over, her entire body going numb.

Ms. Wang shouted, “Master, please help me! Master, please help me!” Immediately, things quieted down. She opened her eyes and all the hornets were gone.

Even though the hornets were gone, her body ached terribly. She was desperately thirsty, and she felt as if her heart were on fire. But she couldn't stand up or move. She still had a long uphill and downhill slope to go before she would reach home. She couldn't stand up, so she crawled. When she got to a house near the road, the family came out. They recognized her even though she was covered with red welts and her face was a mess.

The family didn't know what to do and asked her what she wanted. Ms. Wang told them she had been stung by the hornets and wanted some water because she was very thirsty. They gave her water, for which she thanked them, but she refused any further help and crawled on.

Reaching the top of the slope, Ms. Wang felt better and was able to sit up. She finally reached home at dusk. She drank more water and went to bed fully clothed. She knew that, as a practitioner, her body was made of high energy matter and she would be fine.

The next morning, Ms. Wang got up and everything was back to normal. She got ready to go work on the farm.

The family that had her given water had a very rough night. They realized that Ms. Wang might not survive the hornet attack and regretted that they didn't take her to the hospital. At dawn, they gathered several villagers to go check on her. They ran into Ms. Wang as she was leaving for work.

They all looked at her, amazed: “She's just fine!” They all smiled.

The story of Ms. Wang, who practices Falun Dafa and was immune to the deadly stings of the hornets has become an often re-told story in the villages.
