(Minghui.org) This is my personal story of how I survived a serious car accident. I am not a Falun Dafa practitioner, but I am thankful to Falun Dafa's Master for saving my life.
People regularly drive across Lianhua Lake during the winter. It's frozen solid at that time of year, and local residents often use it as a shortcut to the other side. One day last February I planned to drive across the lake to do some errands on the other side.
The day had warmed up a bit and the temperature was about 40°F. As soon as my car hit the ice, I could hear a cracking sound, and the car started to sink. Water was seeping inside. I tried to push the door open, but it wouldn't open no matter how hard I pushed. Water came up to my waist, then chest, then reached my neck. I thought I was going to die.
I then recalled what a Falun Dafa practitioner told me. I could be protected in peril if I shouted “Falun Dafa is good.” I held the door and shouted with all of my energy, “Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa's Master, please save me!” and repeated this three times.
When I shouted those words for the third time, I felt a strong force help my hand to push the door. The door opened. I quickly swam away from the car. I could not see where my car was when I reached the shore. It had sunk, but I was saved.
I sincerely thank Falun Dafa's Master for saving my life, as without his help I would have died that day.
