Ms. Hu Hong Arrested for Distributing Truth Clarification Materials

(Minghui.org) Ms. Hu Hong was arrested for distributing truth clarification materials on June 24, 2014. The police are investigating those who had contact with her in order to locate the source of the materials, disrupting the lives of many in the neighborhood.

Ms. Hu, 45, from the Ningxia Autonomous Region started practicing Falun Gong in 2011. She was reported to the police while she was distributing the materials, but was not aware that she was being watched. The police came and took her to the police station. They searched her home and confiscated her Falun Dafa books, truth clarification materials, a cell phone and her bank cards.

Deputy chief of the Delhi Police Department Xing Rujun and other officers took her to the police station. She was later transferred to the Delhi Detention Center.

Ms. Hu's daughter went to the local domestic security division on June 27, after traveling over 600 miles to see her mother. The police threatened her and tried to find out who supplied the materials to Ms. Hu. In the end, Ms. Hu and her daughter were not allowed to see each other.
