(Minghui.org) Master Li has often talked about the importance of security and why each practitioner needs to take the issue very seriously. I've read many articles on Minghui about practitioners in China who suffered endless persecution because they failed to pay attention while talking on their mobile phones, purchasing printer consumables, or transporting Falun Gong informational materials.

Earlier this year, two practitioners made plans over the phone to visit our local area and drop off some DVDs. Unbeknownst to them, their phones were being monitored by the police, resulting in the arrest and detention of 10 practitioners. Unfortunately, things like this happen very often in China.

Some practitioners in Shandong Province are very willing to produce Dafa-related materials, but they are not willing to distribute them. This results in a large surplus of informational materials, which are then delivered to outside regions. However, the practitioners in these different regions often do not need any additional materials, nor do they want them. They know that some practitioners who make these deliveries do not pay attention to their own safety and security, let alone others'.

Regarding the purchasing of printer equipment and consumables: don't always buy them from the same supplier, and never buy them from acquaintances or practitioners who run these types of businesses just because it is convenient or you can get wholesale prices.

A few years ago, a coordinator asked all the practitioners in our region to purchase their printing supplies from a practitioner who owns a paper business. Shortly after, the owner and many practitioners who bought supplies from him were arrested and detained. This happened on numerous occasions, causing serious losses.

After being tempered for so many years in our cultivation, I think it's time that we learn from our mistakes and the mistakes of others. We should get rid of our attachment to complacency, take the issue of security seriously, and align our conduct according to the Fa.
