(Minghui.org) Many Falun Gong practitioners in China have been framed in courts of law. Court authorities across the country also direct law enforcement officials to detain and assault witnesses who present evidence exposing the crimes that Party officials have committed. Below is an account from a practitioner in Hebei Province who was detained and abused after presenting evidence at a trial.
When a practitioner was tried in the Haigang District Court in Qinhuangdao City on April 18, 2014, I was a witness. I submitted an MP3 player to a young Procuratorate official. The player contained a recording of Li Changchun saying that Zhou Yongkang was one of the top people behind the harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. I also submitted a recording of Bo Xilai, who admitted to the Germany embassy the crime of organ harvesting when he was on an official visit overseas eight years prior.
The procurator allowed me to play the recordings at 10:00 a.m. when the trial began. After just a few minutes, however, an older procurator invalidated my evidence. He and female staff member forced me to hand over my ID so that they could make a copy. Then he gave orders to clear the courtroom and for non family members to leave.
As I walked out of the courthouse, three policemen dressed in black came up behind me, twisted my arms behind my back, handcuffed me, and, without giving me any chance to explain, pushed me into a car (plate number JI C-7789). A plainclothes officer in a suit told the driver to take me to the Donghuanlu Police Station.
At the station, guards Wei and Mi confiscated informational materials about Falun Gong, money, and other items I was carrying with me. They then beat me. They cut me with a piece of glass and collected my blood. They tried to trick me again and again to secure a confession. They also tried to force me to sign a document claiming that I had never been sent to a forced labor camp, which I firmly refused to do.
The guard did not allow me to inform my family overseas of my situation. They took me to the No.2 Detention Center, where I was held for 15 days, violently abused, and nearly lost my life.
Prior Persecution
In 2008, I was injected with unknown drugs for 73 days in a row. Sometimes they gave me ten times the normal dose. I came within an inch of death on several occasions.

Local Party organizations mobilized a large number of police officers to ransack my home in November, 2012, before the 18th National Party Congress. They sent me to a forced labor camp for a year because I publicly posted information about the Chinese Communist Party harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
When I was sent to a forced labor camp in Tangshan City, I said that freedom of belief was protected by China's constitution. Su from the Funing 610 Office said, “Stop daydreaming!”
I was once violently beaten for four days straight in a camp, and my right leg was broken. Because I was detained, my perfectly healthy family business ended up ruined, and we suffered a tremendous loss.
