(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in northern Virginia participated in a local health and fitness expo in Falls Church on April 23, 2014. Even though the event was only two hours long, the practitioners' booth enjoyed steady traffic.
This grassroots expo was held at a local middle school, and major community players, including an organic market, the local hospital, department stores with pharmacies, and the like participated.
Many teachers and students at the middle school stopped by and learned the Falun Gong exercises, and many were interested in joining a weekly Falun Gong group study at the school. The teacher in charge of extracurricular activities at the school plans to set up group exercises on Mondays and Fridays during lunch break.
Other exhibitors also requested materials from practitioners.
