(Minghui.org) I am a peasant woman and have been practicing Falun Dafa for 17 years. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to our great Master, Mr. Li Hongzhi, founder of Falun Dafa.
Since my husband was injured in a fire, I had to bear the burden of supporting my family. Due to working hard and a tough life, I suffered from heart disease and developed a tumor in my abdomen.
Within five years, I lost four close relatives including my daughter, and my heart was filled with pain. My six-year-old daughter drowned in a well while I was busy with farm work. My heart was completely broken, and I was close to a breakdown.
Lifted from Despair
I started practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. On the fourth day, I felt a wheel spinning continuously in my lower abdomen, another one rotating inside my ear, and I felt very light.
In addition, the tumor in my abdomen disappeared overnight. I felt decades younger and I saw hope. I no longer complained about my misfortunes.
The CCP started to persecute Dafa in 1999. I went to appeal in Beijing with other practitioners. We were illegally arrested and held in an empty house for 34 days. After I was released, I was monitored and my husband did not allow me to contact other practitioners. I did not know what to do.
Through studying the Fa, I realized that I must clarify the truth. Due to this righteous thought, Master resolved all my difficulties.
Once I was hit by a heavy-duty truck. When I fell down, I found that a huge net protected my body. When I realized that Master saved my life again, I burst into tears and kept saying silently, “Thank you, Master!”
Pure Faith in Dafa, Fearing No Evil
As the persecution grew more severe, many local practitioners developed a strong attachment of fear. They hid their books and stopped practicing Falun Gong whenever they faced threats from the authorities. Some practitioners even ran fled their homes to avoid the police. But I thought, “Falun Gong is a righteous way. Having a belief is a legal right. We should cultivate. There is nothing to worry about.”
A practitioner told me that she heard rumors that I would be arrested, and she encouraged me to leave home right away. But my heart was not moved. As I believed in Master and the Fa firmly, I knew that nothing would happen.
At that moment, a sentence flashed in my mind, “Be resolute cultivating Dafa, the mind unstirred” (“True Character is Revealed” in Hong Yin Vol. II)
This gave me great comfort and I continued to do thethree things as usual.
Once again, at nightfall a practitioner came by and advised me to leave home in a hurry and stay away for several days because of a possible raid.
Like last time, I did not pay attention to this hearsay. Master said, “I said that just by remaining unmoved you can handle all situations.” (“Teaching the Fa at the 2005 Canada Fa Conference”)
I knew that Master was always at my side, protecting me. Nothing could be safer than the protection from my great Master. So I am never deceived by the evil. I do not fear the evil forces at all, while they are scared to death when they confront a righteous cultivator.
I had several similar experiences and nothing happened.
Then I shared my viewpoints with other local practitioners. I said, “Master told us, a cultivator in a mountain hole is able to seal the hole completely with his super normal powers. As we have more powerful abilities, we can do the same thing. We can seal the path into our village and keep all evil outside.”
Then we sent forth righteous thoughts regularly to prevent the evil from entering the village. During these years, our cultivation environment has not been destroyed and persecution rarely happened.
Everything We Have Is for the Fa
I heard that a large-scale materials production site was destroyed by the authorities. I then decided to set up a site at my home. I was responsible for the funds and my son for making materials.
At first my son did not agree. We had 6,000 yuan and our income came from farming our field.
But I knew that nothing was more important than saving sentient beings. Moreover my life was saved by Master and my money should belong to the Fa. After sharing my thoughts with my son, he agreed.
The equipment cost 5,000 yuan and my son learned how to make the materials.
Over the past five years, the machine has kept running smoothly. We rarely received money from other practitioners. Although we are not rich, we have enough money to support the site.
Lately our economic condition has improved because my son found a good paying job and he still has enough time to make materials. I know that everything is arranged by Master. Thank you again, Master!
