(Minghui.org) An investigative recording proving the existence of state-sanctioned organ harvesting in China was played at a court trial in Liaoning Province on February 20, 2014.

At the trial of Ms. Cao Shuqin, a Falun Gong practitioner, at the Xingcheng City Court, the prosecutor presented a USB disk confiscated at her home as evidence. The audio recording file stored in the disk was subsequently played during the session.

The file was recorded on September 13, 2006, when then-Commerce Minister Bo Xilai accompanied Premier Wen Jiabao on a visit to Hamburg, Germany. During the phone call with someone who claimed to be the First Secretary of Germany's Chinese Embassy, Bo admitted that Jiang, the then-chief of CCP, gave the order to initiate live organ harvesting.

The attorney pleaded not guilty on behalf of Ms. Cao: “This evidence in fact proves that the real criminals are those who remove practitioners' organs while they are still alive, not my client, a target of the persecution.”

After this, the judge quickly adjourned the session.

Ms. Cao Shuqin was arrested in August 2013. Song Changjiang, chief of the Xingcheng 610 Office, ordered a series of arrests during August 23 and 25.

Deputy Chief Chen Zhicheng, Chief of the Domestic Security Division Wang Changshun, and officers from several police stations broke into practitioners' homes and offices, and illegally arrested a dozen practitioners, including Ms. Cao.
