1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Zhiyong and Ms. Huang Wenying Arrested

Mr. Liu Zhiyong and Ms. Huang Wenying were arrested on January 22, 2014, when they talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Officers from the Linyuan Police Department made the arrest and ransacked the two practitioners' homes, confiscating Falun Gong books and informational materials, computers, printers, cash, and other personal items. Mr. Liu and Ms. Huang were released on bail in the evening.

Mr. Liu Yuliang was arrested on December 21, 2013, when he went to visit Mr. Sun Peng and Ms. Wang Yue in Qianguo County. Officers from the Songyuan City Domestic Security Division, including Sun Hengfei, made the arrest. Mr. Liu is being held at the Songyuan City Detention Center.

4. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Lan Xinfang and Mr. Hu Yongzheng Imprisoned

Ms. Lan Xinfang and Mr. Hu Yongzheng were secretly sentenced to 3 years in prison in early January 2014. They are imprisoned at Shenyang Prison.

5. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wan Gufen and Ms. Tan Kefang Arrested

Ms. Wan Gufen and Ms. Tan Kefang were arrested by officers from the Matsu Town Police Station on the morning of January 15, 2014. The police ransacked their home and confiscated Falun Gong books and calendars that had information about the persecution of Falun Gong. Both women were released later that day.

Ms. Zhu Niang, 71, was arrested by officers from the Xinhe Police Station on January 17, 2014, when she talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was released the same day.

9. [Wulian County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Jingtang Detained

Mr. Zhang Jingtang was arrested by officers from the Hubu Police Station. He is being held at the Wulian County Detention Center.

10. [Sunwu County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Dehai Imprisoned

Mr. Wang Dehai was arrested on September 11, 2013. He was recently sentenced to 4 years in prison. He was transferred from the Hongguang Detention Center to Beian Prison.
