(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners have been using peaceful approaches to break through the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) censorship since the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999, and tell people the facts about the practice and the ongoing persecution.

One of the methods used to convey information is distributing calendars that contain information about Falun Gong, which are made by practitioners.

“I Already Have One”

I handed a calendar to a security guard at the gate of a community and asked, “Are you a Party member, or belong to the Communist Youth League? You can withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations using an alias.”

The guard replied, “I was a Party member, but I have already quit.”

He opened the calendar, and said that another practitioner had already given him one several days prior.

I went in his office and saw the 2015 calendar hanging on the wall.

Party Secretary Quits the Party

We went to a busy area in a different neighborhood to give people the calendars and encourage them to quit the CCP.

About 100 calendars were quickly distributed, and people commented about how beautiful they were.

Several women stopped an elderly man and said, “These are Falun Gong calendars. Don't you want one?”

I approached him and gave him the last calendar. I said, “Hang it up and it will brighten your home. Are you a Party member?”

The man replied that he was a Party secretary, so I said, “We have a predestined relationship. Let me help you quit the CCP using an alias. Many top Party officials have quit. Actually, 180 million Chinese people have quit.”

He agreed to quit and thanked me before he left.

When we left that day, more than 70 people had quit the CCP.

People Wait in Line for the Calendars

Aunt Kang is in her seventies, and goes to the open market every Saturday and Sunday.

She takes several boxes of calendars and other informational materials about Falun Gong with her. At the market, she parks her scooter at a popular spot and begins giving out the materials. People often line up to get them.

Aunt Kang also carries a pen and notebook with her. She tells the people waiting in line, “Please write down the name that you would like to use to quit the CCP.” More than 80 people have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations in a single day.
