(Minghui.org) When I clarify the facts to people, their responses encourage me to help more people learn the truth about Falun Dafa as soon as possible, so that they can be saved, and I can fulfill my prehistoric vow.
One hot summer night, I gathered some Dafa materials and went to a nearby park to look for people to talk to.
I saw a man smoking on a bench and said, “Pardon me, can I sit here?” He said, “Sure.” I started talking about smoking and how bad it is. He said he had tried to quit but couldn't. He said he now smokes two packs of cigarettes per day.
He said that his two children both work in Beijing, but hadn't called him for quite a while. I said that moral standards have been declining since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) came to China, including relationships between children and parents. I also talked about the corruption of the CCP, and how it is taking organs from living Falun Gong practitioners to sell for profit. I told him that many Chinese were withdrawing from the CCP for their own safety, and asked him if he had quit yet. He said his friend from Taiwan had told him many things, and he was against CCP but hadn't quit yet.
I told him that only by withdrawing could he be safe. He immediately agreed. He asked me if I had been tortured. I told him that I'd been tortured three times. He listened quietly. He had never seen Shen Yun, so I told him I would give him a DVD the following day.
It was hot the next day. I planned to go to the park with a Shen Yun DVD, the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party DVD, and other materials.
When I opened my door, a wave of heat washed over me. My heart began to whisper, “Such hot weather, will he come?” I went to the same bench, and there he was.
I gave him the materials and asked him to recite, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” I could tell he very much appreciated my coming.
“That's What I Want.”
My window screen broke one day, and I had to ask someone to fix it. The man who fixed it was around 50 years old, and had health problems. We talked for a while, and I told him that I had ailments before I started practicing Falun Gong, but now I was very healthy. I told him I had been tortured by the CCP, and that the “Tiananmen Square Self-immolation” was a hoax concocted by the CCP.
He asked if I had the DVD showing how the Tiananmen Square self-immolation was staged, and said he could take it to his hometown so others could watch it.
I gave him a truth-clarification DVD and a Nine Commentaries DVD. He took them as though they were very precious, and said, “That's what I want.”
He agreed to do three withdrawals and said, “I'll fix your window for free.” He was about to leave, and I said, “I must pay you for your service.” He said, “Thank you” many times before he left.
“We Should Get Together and Talk.”
I went to a sporting goods store one day, and saw the owner looking at a computer. I said, “I'd like to share a Shen Yun DVD with you. This show originates in New York, but the artists come from around the world. It is the best show in the world.” He took it and said he wanted to watch it.
Two days later, I went to talk with him, and asked what he thought about the show. He said, “It's great!” He asked if I had anything he could read. I gave him Minghui Weekly and “Three Withdrawals for Safety.”
The third time I went to chat with him, he understood everything I said and wanted to do the three withdrawals. I said to him, “You are saved. Congratulations!”
He was very excited and said, “I'm so happy--we should get together and talk.”
I recalled Master's Fa:
“That is because the sentient beings that you save, which includes the people that you clarify the truth to, shall very likely one day be a portion of the sentient beings in your enormous cosmos.” (“Fa Teaching Given at the 2010 New York Fa Conference”)
I will follow Master's guidance and save more sentient beings as soon as possible.
