A Falun Dafa Practitioner’s Goodness Wins the Trust and Respect of Colleagues

(Minghui.org) I live by the Falun Dafa principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. My compassion and sincerity has won the trust and respect of my colleagues. The company's leadership has publicly acknowledged that I'm of noble character and chose me to give a speech to all employees during a meeting. I have created a positive environment where I can freely share my experiences related to Falun Dafa, as well as the facts about the practice with my colleagues.

I do the dirty and odd jobs that no one else wants to do. My section manager once asked me, “The CEO has often asked if the two co-workers of yours are bullying you. Is that why you do the dirty and odd jobs?” I replied, “Nobody bullies me. We get along fine. I can do more because I’m stronger than they are.”

There is no more litter inside the employee dorm, and the bathroom walls and floors that were filthy are now clean. I told myself that I would give the bathroom and the dorm a brand new look because I also live there. I cleaned the entire building and the bathroom.

I help everyone in need. I treat the young workers as my children, and those who are around my age as my sisters. I take every opportunity to tell them about Falun Dafa, and help them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Everyone has heard the truth about Falun Dafa and the persecution and have quit the CCP.

Our CEO complimented me during one of the company’s meetings, “Our company has hired a person of noble character. Everyone has only good things to say about her, and we all agree that she is the epitome of goodness.” I just follow Master’s teachings and do what a practitioner should do. Now that everyone knows who I am, it is easier for me to tell them the truth.

I was chosen to give a speech at one of the meetings, but I was asked to not mention Falun Dafa. I explained to the management the facts, the unprecedented persecution of practitioners, and that many had been tortured and killed. I said, “Being a practitioner, I must be truthful. Therefore, if I can't mention Falun Dafa, I won’t be able to join the activity.”

I asked, “If a person is saved by someone, can she say that she saved herself? Aren’t we supposed to share all that we’re grateful for?”

After giving my speech to the company, I was chosen to be the head of our dorm, so everyone leaving or entering the dorm needed to have my signature. Thus, this was another opportunity to tell them about Falun Dafa.

Our company CEO has also learned the truth about Falun Dafa and has quit the CCP. She has even read Zhuan Falun, the main book of the practice.

I have established an environment where I can freely talk to people about Falun Dafa, practice the exercises and study its teachings. I live by its principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. If conflicts occur, I search inside to see if I have done or said something inappropriate.

I understand that there is still room for me to improve, and I must do an even better job because many people have not learned about Falun Dafa and the persecution.
