(Minghui.org) The director of Yangjiang Prison's 610 Office, with the surname Fu, brutally persecutes Falun Gong practitioners. He uses the most heavily-sentenced criminals to do his bidding. Many of these inmates have been convicted of murder, but are given a reprieve from a death sentence, or a reduction to life in prison, to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
Those who can be named include Huang Zhicai, Huang Weihua, Hong Kaihuai, Zhang Yang, Liang Songhua, Zhang Ming, Li Chaoyang, Xie Xisheng, Ye Haowe, Yang Yudong, Lin Chao, Chen Kanglai, and Chen Jianpei. There are others.
Among the many Falun Gong practitioners have been persecuted are Mr. Li Kun, Mr. Luo Li, Mr. Ou Mao, Mr. Li Jiang, Mr. Wang Jinhua, Mr. Dai Anlun, Mr. Lian Riguang, Mr. Liu Binglin, Mr. Chai Yanqing, Mr. Yin Xunzhen, Mr. Lu Anwu, Mr. Wu Haibo, Mr. Wei Jinjiang, and Mr. Zhou Yangdong.
Officers of the prison's 610 Office with surnames Fu and Hou have contrived many unthinkable methods and then ordered police officers Zeng Jianxing, Wang Qinghui, Huang Weixiong, and Feng Yihong to carry them out. They have told the police, “Let them live a life that is worse than death.”
The police encourage inmates to persecute practitioners by saying, “The opportunity for your reward will come. It all depends on your performance. If you want to reduce your sentence and get out of here, this is your only opportunity! It all depends on whether or not you work hard at this.”
Police officer Zeng visits each cell daily to check on how Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured. Although the criminal inmates may do their utmost to torture practitioners, Zeng tries to inflict more suffering. He often orders practitioners to be deprived of sleep, and deprives practitioners of eating, drinking, and using the restroom. He told criminal inmates to make practitioners run outside when temperatures were freezing, or make them exercise under the baking sun. He said to the inmates, "You can do this without fear of repercussion. Do not be afraid. The CCP and government will back you up. What you are afraid of? If a few Falun Gong practitioners die in Yangjiang Prison, it is as unimportant as ants being killed."
With Zeng's instigation, criminal inmates Huang Zhicai, Huang Weihua, Hong Kaihuai, Yang Yudong, and Zhang Ming torture Falun Gong practitioners with a desperate intensity. Mr. Li Kun, Mr. Li Jian, and Mr. Dai Anlun were forced to sit on small benches for over 18 hours per day in the rain. Practitioners also do all menial work at the prison. They are forced to wash dishes, do laundry, and empty ash trays for other inmates.
Zeng encourages extreme violence against Falun Gong practitioners. "We call this 'learning', and we need to intensify this 'learning'." When inmates intend to severely torture Mr. Li Kun or others, they drag the practitioner to a room on the sixth floor of the 13th Ward that has no surveillance cameras. Eight to nine inmates with death penalties torture the practitioners in extremely cruel ways. They push bamboo toothpicks under the fingernails and toenails, scratch rib bones, stuff a practitioner's mouth with a mop dipped in excrement, and pour boiling water on a practitioner's feet.
Zeng said to the criminals, "Our goal is to make Falun Gong practitioners like Mr. Li Kun become disabled even if they do not die. For those who are old or ill, we will escalate their torture. If they die, we will say they died of their illness or old age. If you do not work hard, don't even think of having your sentences reduced. We will transfer you to another ward for forced labor."

Hong Kaihuai, Yang Yudong, a person with family name Xie, Yu Zhengbing, Zhang Ming, and Li Chaoyang share experience on how to torture Mr. Li Kun, Mr. Li Jiang, and Mr. Dai Anlun, as well as other Falun Gong practitioners.
Fu and Hou told Zeng that he must reward the inmates who brutally torture Falun Gong practitioners, and praise them for their actions, to encourage other inmates to do the same. It is known that the following criminals have had their sentences reduced and have been released from prison: Huang Zhicai, Cheng Shanwu, Xie Yaosheng, and other eight criminals. They have been rewarded for brutally torturing Falun Gong practitioners.
Zeng said, “I will know if you work hard at torture. You need to be hard and even harder towards the Falun Gong practitioners. You will be rewarded and praised. We police receive a bonus and are promoted. If you want to go home early be reunited with your families, why don't you do this?” Under Zeng's goading, inmates serving death sentences work very hard. It's unimaginable how much suffering the practitioners must bear.
More than 170 Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured by Fu and Hou in Yangjiang Prison, Guangdong Province. The 610 Office spares none of them from vicious torture. What we disclosed today is just the tip of the iceberg. The torture methods used are cruel, sinister, unprecedented, and shocking.
