(Minghui.org) It happened in the summer of 2005.
My son worked away from home. One day, his boss called me out of the blue to say my son was injured and for me to go there at once to check on him. When I received the phone call, I was very calm. Because I practice Falun Dafa, I believed my son would be alright. Everything was merely smoke and clouds, false illusions.
The next day, I traveled to visit my son. I could see that one of his eyes was swollen and his head was bandaged up. When my son saw me, he cried. He said he could not see out of that eye. He also said that he would get revenge on the person who beat him up if he lost vision in that eye. I told him, “Stop talking nonsense. Your eye will get better. You will be okay. We practice Dafa. Master will watch over us. Nothing bad will happen.”
The following is how my son was injured. My son’s place of employment and the home of the person who beat my son up faced each other. My son’s boss and the landlord of the other house both thought my son was good and kind, so they both liked my son. They frequently visited each other. The day of the incident, my son did not go to work because of a blackout, so he dropped by the other house and walked into a verbal argument between a mother and daughter. The mother had some mental problems. My son tried to intervene, but the delirious mother hit him with a tractor crank that hit him in the eye.
When I showed up, the family of the person who injured my son tried to put all the blame on my son. I could see that they were afraid I would hold them responsible and sue them, so they tried to be the aggressor. I practice Falun Dafa and did not want their money. My son said to me, “I know you don't want money, but who'll believe you? Will they understand practitioners?”
So that the perpetrator’s family would believe in Falun Dafa and trust that Dafa practitioners would not blackmail them, and so that that family would not need to shoulder responsibility and their hearts could be at ease, the following day I took my son home. On the way home, my son constantly touched his eyes and the big bulge above his eyes. I told my son, “ You are okay. You will recover. We are practitioners.”
In the car, I had my son listen to Master’s lectures. I told my son, “You listen carefully. When we arrive at Dingzhou Station, the bulge over your eyes will disappear. Your face and your skin will be normal, just as you were before. Even the scab will fall off. As for your eyesight, when we get home, you will study Zhuan Falun calmly for two days, then you will be able to see, and your eyes will be unscathed.”
My son was delighted. He asked, “My eyes will recover so soon, for real?” I said, “For real.” So, my son quietly listened to Master’s lecture in the car. Before we knew it, we arrived at Dingzhou Station, which is about 60 kilometers from my son’s place of employment.
When we got out of the car, my son said, “I took the bandage off in the car.” I noticed that the bulge over my son’s eyes was not there either, and the skin on my son’s face was normal, smooth and without blemish, just like before. My son asked me. “Is there really no scar on my face?” I told my son, “Nope, no scar. If you don’t believe me, go home and take a look in the mirror.”
When we arrived home, my son did what I asked him to do. He read Zhuan Falun calmly. However, my daughter voiced her objection, saying, “You are a practitioner, but he isn't. If his eye does not recover, if he goes blind, it will be on your head.” She insisted on me taking my son to the hospital. My heart was not moved by her words.
My son listened to me. He stayed home to read Dafa books. After reading the books for not even two whole days, my son said, “My eyes are fine now. I can see!” My son was so overwhelmed with joy, he jumped up three feet high in our yard, calling out in a loud voice, “My eyes are well! Dafa is so amazing! Falun Dafa is good!”
Here, I want to thank our compassionate and great Master for protecting and saving my son. Thank you, respected Master!
This is what I experienced firsthand. This once again provides evidence to the power of Falun Dafa and to the fact that Dafa is a supernormal science. As Master says: “‘The Buddha Fa’ is most profound; among all the theories in the world, it is the most intricate and extraordinary science.” (Lunyu) Falun Dafa is the universe’s truth of the highest order. If a person assimilates to the universal truth of this Buddha Law, and attains the unity of one’s physical and spiritual self, then one’s body will be restored to health, while all calamities and crises will be replaced with happiness and peace.
