(Minghui.org) Members of the Domestic Security Division rushed into the home of Ms. Kong Suge in Kuancheng County, Hebei Province on the afternoon of August 8, 2013. Ms. Kong was arrested, and as she has a child needing her care, they took both mother and child to the Chengde Brainwashing Center.
Ms. Kong Suge resides in the Shuangsongting Village of Dashizhuzi Township, in Kuancheng County. She has cultivated Falun Dafa for over ten years. She is honest, kind, loves to help others, and her neighbors consider her a great person.
Before cultivating Dafa, Kong Suge had a weak body. Many different diseases disturbed her, and she lived under stress. She had already lost faith in her own life. After she began practicing Falun Dafa, her body recovered and her daily life improved. She knew that these benefits were due to practicing Falun Dafa, so she always used real life actions to demonstrate the beauty and greatness of the practice.
A group of unidentified people rushed into Kong's home at around about 3:00 p.m. on August 8. Kong wasn't home at the time, as she was helping a neighbor harvest gourds. The group of people left quickly. It was said that they headed to another village, Xili, to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners there.
One source reported that they weren't able to arrest any Falun Dafa practitioners there either, so they headed back to Kong's house. They yelled, “If you don't open the door, we will break it down!” They then saw her near the front door, and immediately arrested her.
Kong's father-in-law was also there. He said, “You can't take her away. She has a child in the house. If you take her, then there isn't anyone to take care of the child!” One of the unidentified persons then said, “Take the child with her!” Mother and son were taken to the Changde Brainwashing Center to be persecuted.
During the raid, photos of Falun Gong's founder, Mr. Li Hongzhi, and informational materials about Falun Gong were taken.
According to villagers on the scene, seven to eight people came to arrest Ms. Kong, including members of the County Domestic Security Division and some country firemen.
